Warranty
Shipping was a little longer than was told. My sunglasses are defective and can't get a response from emails. Called wait for 15 minutes and got voice mail.

Best Customer Service Anywhere With Warranty to match
I ordered a pair of glasses from glasses shop and received them in just a couple of weeks. The glasses were perfect, fit well and the prscription was clear and my vision was exceptional. However, the frame was not what I really wanted. I read glasses shop warranty statement and could hardly believe that I could return the glasses and get another pair. I called customer service and was immediately speaking with a representative. The lady was very nice and cordial. I told her my situation of not liking the frames I had ordered to get my glasses. She assured me that Glasses Shop would make me a new pair of glasses with the frame of my choice. I did not have to return the glasses I had. She even helped me to place my new order and stayed on the phone with me the whole time. The only expense for me to get a new pair of glasses amounted to a shipping charge of $5.95. The representative stayed on the telephone with me to complete my transaction and was super helpful. Glasses Shop is AWESOME and that is why I always get mt glasses from this company. Why go to Walmart or other optical supplier and wait and go through the hassel of getting a new pair of glasses that will cost much more when you can get a pair of quality glasses from Glasses Shop for less than $100? You can't beat Glasses Shop prices anywhere!! If you want to pay more than you are not thinking and have money to burn!

Easy process, decent glasses and at a really good price. I chose to check out as a guest and didn’t realize there would be no way to track my order if I did that. If there was a way to track my order, I could not figure out how.
