Doesn't work

Purchased a clearrear about one year ago, but never installed it. Just tried to install it, but it cannot work because the internal threads to the toilet tank connector is not properly made and cannot be properly screwed on. The company will not replace that one part or sell me that part.

No Problems with fulfillment, but....

This review is just about the order and fulfillment part of the process I haven't had a chance to install my units so I can't speak to the quality of the goods yet, but all of the other reviews on trustpilot were about delivery, and were negative so in the interest of fairness I figured I would jump in...
First on the order/purchasing:
1. Every page of their extremely unfortunately-named-domain website gave me a different price or discount for the same item. It was only a couple of bucks, and the differences seemed to move in both directions so it didn't seem to be a scam or evil: just sloppy.
2. The different pages of the website had a variety of names for both the company and the product. Again, not fatal, but it sure doesn't inspire trust or make me want to recommend either - at least, not until my transaction is completed, my goods have been delivered and are installed, and are working as advertised.
Again, not fatal, but sloppy. Pay attention to quality control: Amazon does...

On fulfillment: At checkout I was told that delivery would be in about 15 days. I wasn't thrilled (Again, the standard is Amazon) but the shipping was free, and I have been pooping my entire life without this product so it wasn't going to kill me to wait 15 days.
My order actually arrived in just over a week. Everything was in the box that was supposed to be, and everything was in good condition. I have no complaints...

Ordered 4 of these on May 4

Ordered 4 of these on May 4, never received, filed a dispute with PayPal in early June and after 10 weeks from the order date I got my refund. They supposedly shipped on May 6, yet had never been picked up by USPS. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered 2 of the same item on…

I ordered 2 of the same item on 5/22/2020. On 6/17, I emailed customer service who responded 12 days later on 6/29. As of today (7/4), it's been 44 days since I've ordered these items and they have yet to be delivered.

The tracking status shows that on 6/23, the package was and still is waiting for USPS to pick up the item.

The response from the company was was filled with grammatical errors. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge to get a refund.

WE ordered three toilets on April 15. Nothing has arrived. Tracking number is useless. No answer for emails sent. No answers when you call support phone number. Buyer beware - this might be a big scam

Total BS they need to learn their lesson

My review is supposed to be no star.
I ordered on the 9th of May its already July. They issue a replacement but i never received a new tracking info. When i asked for a tracking information they reply with "the tacking information from your original order show movement".. but the last movement was June 18th its already July. I file a complaint at BBB.

Learn a lesson?

Placed order on 5/11; not one word from them since my "receipt" was issued the same day. Shipment never arrived, so I challenged the charge and received a "credit" on my credit card. Lesson learned! Company has every appearance to be a scam.

Closing in a month since i orderd my…

Closing in a month since i orderd my clear rear. 3 or 4 emails sent. Resonse from them was it was picked up by a third party carrier. But tracking number given shows no activity in 4 weeks. They are 12 hrs away from me. Tried calling and no one answered. In process of starting a chargeback. Buyer beware

It's a scam

It's a scam. I have not received my item.They have no customer service which they tell give you a number to call. That is all fake.Only one time that they answered out of 15 times I called. That one time that they did answer there was a rooster crowing in the background. It's been over 30 days now and I still haven't received my product. The tracking number that they give you is fake.

I ordered this item and I never received the shipment! This company is a scam do not purchase from this company. Gadgetweb.com is another company that is connected to this company, do not purchase from gadgetweb.com that company is also a scam!! I am still working with paypal to receive my refund on this product that I had ordered.

No ClearRear. More like Clearly a Scam.

Ordered on 4/1. Have not received despite contacting them 3 times. Each time they say orders may take 8-15 days (contacted them on Day 9, Day 14, Day 22 and day 37). They continue to put me off. They also said that "it's left their warehouse" so it's no longer their problem. Just because a tracking number is GENERATED doesn't mean something has shipped.
They asked I call but they don't answer their phone.
I understand that Covid-19 has impacted shipping, however, I have ordered over 50 items since early March and ALL of them have arrived within 2 weeks - except this one.

Check their BBB rating. This is happening to many consumers.
