I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother-in-law who was visiting Belgium on Monday. On Tuesday, I learned that she was ill, and returning home. I felt lucky that I ordered from an international company, as I could redirect the flowers, but no such luck. They are keeping my money, sending flowers to an empty apartment, and I'm out over $100. Boo!

I purchased the arrangement for my daughter's birthday. When she sent me a picture after receiving it, it was exactly what I ordered and it was delivered as scheduled.

I accidentally put in the wrong address. The 1800 number only allows calls within USA. I organised flowers for brother's wife and they agreed to re-send to correct address. I also told them they will be away until 14th - yet the flowers were redelivered on 12th... I was very specific but it seems like customer service who confirmed everything simply dropped the ball. Waste of flowers they will now sit there and wither away. This company customer service is terrible do not buy flowers from the.

Flowers never delivered. Customer Service Reps unhelpful

I’ve been a long time customer but this last experience was the worst. Flowers for Mother’s Day never delivered. I called 3 times and got bounced to 2-3 people each time. They never really tried to fix the order/get it delivered. Finally had to cancel order. You are much better off calling the local florist directly. Will not use again.

VERY LATE DELIVERY on a Mother's Day bouquet

I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet on 5/9/25, two days before Mother's Day. I paid a total of $125.16 in order to get Saturday (weekend) delivery so that the flowers would be delivered to my mother on/before Mother's Day. However, the order was delivered on the following Monday, over two days late. I am dissatisfied, having paid extra for a Saturday delivery. Moreover, the flowers were not fresh. The petals fell of the roses as I was taking the bouquet out of the delivery box.

I complained to FTD (via the chat function on their website) when I realized they were going to be delivering late (this was before the bouquet actually arrived) and their response was "We can offer you a 30% discount". At that time, I opted for the discount; they "refunded" $19.90 to my payment card (NOT 30% as they stated). Then, when the bouquet finally arrived, the flowers were not fresh; the petals immediately fell off the roses as I took the bouquet out of the box. I used the chat function on the FTD site to complain again about the lateness and now the freshness of the bouquet and their response was to refund me an additional 20% (NOTE: it took two complaints to get the total 30% discount, and as of this writing I do not yet see the discount / refund on my payment card so this is not over yet).
I am very disappointed at the outcome. This has happened in a previous experience (recent year) with FTD but I decided to give them another chance. I will not be ordering anything from them ever again.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister for her birthday on May 12. Flowers never arrived. I had to go into a chat to find out they were not going to be delivered on May 12. They offered to deliver the flowers on May 13. Flowers never arrived. Once again I had to go into a chat to find out they were not going to be delivered on May 13. They offered to deliver on May 14. Nope! Her birthday was two days ago and it’s a moot point now m. Never, never, ever order anything from FTD. Total disappointment horrible customer service.

You won’t get the flowers your ordered and they will not be delivered on the day you needed them to be

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my MIL on a Wednesday, The Cotton Candy Peony Bouquet (retail price of $95) to be delivered 2 days later on a Friday. Friday came and went-no flowers. Called on Saturday-horrible connection with customer service agent-sounded like he was in the middle of a busy street. Told him my issue, he wanted to give me a 30% credit back. I declined and asked to speak to a supervisor-he hung up on me.
Called FTD again. Spoke to a nice csr-again was offered a 30% credit, I declined-I really just wanted my flowers. He offered 50% discount. Again, I declined. I said I would like 100% refund for my trouble and for my flowers to be delivered. He agreed and said the flowers would be delivered the next day, Sunday, Mother’s Day. He gave me a tracking number as these flowers were going to be delivered via UPS. Needless to say-the flowers never arrived. Call for a 3rd time on Monday-spoke to csr, after going round & round with him finally got a supervisor. Was told the 2nd csr canceled my order. At this point, I’m livid. The supervisor wanted to give me a $50 complementary bouquet. I declined-I wanted what I ordered, a $95 bouquet. Tuesday flowers were delivered. They don’t look like anything I ordered-no peonies at all in the bouquet. It had roses and nonsense filler of carnations and etc. I have been a FTD Plus customer for years but these kind of issues are common. I’ve continued to pay for the membership because the free delivery fees are a good deal. This is probably my last year as a Plus Member. I’m so tired of having to call them because it’s always hit or miss-You may or may not get what your ordered & hopefully you will get them on the day you want.

Trash

Trash. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they just straight up didn’t bother to fulfill the order or even tell me it was delayed. Hopefully they end up liquidating.

The arrangement I sent arrived dead

The arrangement I sent arrived dead, no water was in the packaging and was quite an embarrassment to send dead flowers to your mother for Mother's Day. Ugh! When I called customer service, they were only authorized to give me a 25% discount on my order, which was unacceptable. I asked for a supervisor who said they could re-deliver the flowers with a different vendor but would not arrive for a couple of days after Mother's Day. That was fine, but then I received emails telling me that they were canceling the order because they were unable to find a local vendor that had flowers to deliver. They offered me 100% refund plus 10% for the inconvenience here. What a massive, horrible process they put me through with multiple phone calls, emails, etc. The weird thing is that I thought I was ordering with 1-800 Flowers, which has never disappointed me. Much to my shock (must've been too quick clicking on the keyboard), I somehow ordered with FTD, my first and last experience with them.

FAULSE ADVERTISING BY THIS COMPANY

FAULSE ADVERTISING BY THIS COMPANY. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, that of which this company advertised delivery the day before and/or on Mother's Day. I get an email late in the day on Mothers Day stating they can't deliver the flowers! Unacceptable. This company obviously makes false promises, so be cautious if ordering from them!
