I made two order in two different countries, and neither one made it on time. After multiple calls/transfers over the course of two days with the service team in India the flowers were never delivered (in the beginning the team in India could not find the order number).
FTD is a horrible service. I would recommend it to my ex wife.

I have never had so much trouble arranging a flower delivery in my life. Not only were FTD unable (or unwilling?) to alter the delivery date of my order less than 24 hours after it was booked, but the recipient confirmed that they never even received the flowers, despite confirmation emails from FTD claiming otherwise. I can only guess where they were dropped off. This service is not worth the hefty pricetag for what I would imagine (had anyone ever SEEN THEM) would have been very average blooms. It is all well and good to have customer services available 24/7, but somewhat useless if they can't be of any help. I regret that I will not be using their services. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I have never had so much trouble arranging a flower delivery in my life. FTD....FAILS TO DELIVER is what FTD MEANS!!!!!! I wish I could leave ZERO stars for my review. I ordered an arrangement for a memorial services on Wednesday, to be delivered on Saturday to a funeral home. I received and email that the flowers were delivered and found out the next day that they were not delivered. I contacted FTD on Monday to have them delivered to the daughter at her house on Wednesday since they did not make it to the funeral home the past Saturday. They did not deliver those, so I requested a refund and they were able to do that fairly quickly. TO FTD, please leave the flower delivery business, people rely on your service and you have failed miserably. I will never do business with you all again and will tell others not to as well!!!!!!

I ended up paying what I recall $4.99 for same day delivery which would have been on Sunday the 23rd, but as it goes, the flowers did arrive for my wife out in California... we reside in Tennessee, our anniversary of March 24th. This marked our 46th years together.
