Insanely fast! From the time I ordered to the time it shipped was less than a day…that’s awesome! Shipping itself was super fast also! The product was authentic which is very important given the product I ordered has a tendency to have fakes(not this site). I will absolutely be repurchasing when I run out and purchasing other scents from this site as well. Tremendously happy with my experience!
Great place to purchase your colognes and perfumes. Price is very competitive and sometimes I find it cheaper than other reputable companies. Fast shipping and packaged well. Will always look for great deals at FragranceX.
Bought 2 perfumes - Dispatched from US so was told delivery estimated 2 weeks, but came within 1 week which was great. Items as described.
Packaged very well with protective wrap so arrived with no damages during transit. Happy with purchase, and comfortable to purchase from here again.
I personally am very amazed at FragranceX 's selection, prices and service. I received my several orders here in Asia in great condition. Purchase and delivery was completed without a hitch, fragrances are authentic (fragheads know!) and def value for money. I will never again buy at malls.
Honestly, have bought here SO MANY times, and never had issues, so i dont understand the people who rant and have many negative things to say - think they are either fraudsters, or have an axe to grind. So many people, in this economy, are going to buy and then claim non-receipt because they want things for free.

What went wrong is that I received an Amex gift card and I went to FragranceX which is usually my go to for my perfumes and I ordered about 4 bottles and was expecting them only to find out that they do not accept Amex gift cards although it is generally accepted anywhere else. I called after receiving an email stating that the order did not go through and to provide another form of payment. Instead I called customer service and the rep insisted I just use another form of payment. I declined and told him to the cancel the order and I ordered the exact same perfumes from Amazon.com. Very disappointing experience but because of this I realized that Amazon's prices matched FragranceX so I don't know I may start using them instead.

I will never buy items from this store anymore. I bought a parfym, and when I got it in Norway, I had to pay taxes and others things to Fedex. It was more expendive than to buy it in Norway. I read from another lady that was no toll here, but it’s a lie. More more expensive to order abroad. Never more!!!

I don't understand the bad reviews... I ordered a pretty expensive order of 5 items... and the process was seamless. I also used my Amazon pay to get the order done.. and it was quick and easy. (I also came to find out & now understand that this company goes by many website names which also makes me quite nervous). HOWEVER... Please note that I did try to purchase from Perfume.com first... but there was an issue with the credit card and the company said I needed a merchant clearance number from my bank which I thought was totally ridiculous because I had the credit card company call my mobile directly and I approved the purchase with them, but after I called the company they said I needed to go to my my bank for the "Merchant Clearance Number".. so I ended up cancelling that order. - Then... When I went to Fragrancex.com to make my purchases, & at the time, I didn't know that this was/is the same company, as it is quite clear that the physical address is exactly the same as Perfume.com. - Nevertheless, I thought Fragrancex.com was a different company when I made my new order, and the option of using my Amazon pay, was something that I did not see on the Perfume.com website, so I thought "Oh this must be a competitor?".. but later found that it was the same company. - Anyways, I made my order through Fragrance.com which was really quick and seamless.. and moreover I received my order within 8-9 days to my door by DHL Express (and I live & work overseas in East Asia !!) ... I was thankful that they shipped internationally & used DHL which is pretty reliable because UPS Sucks and has lost other shipments of mine in the past from other B2B company transactions which I never recovered from that cost me over 5,000 usds in losses !!! .. NEVER TRUST UPS !! They Suck !! ... I am sad to read the other mishaps with some other customers regarding this company, since my order was delivered quickly and intact & brand new in original boxes, and they seem quite Authentic as far as I am concerned, because I am quite picky about my colognes. I bought two 200 ml Original D&G, one 150 ml D&G "The One", and two bottles of Original Jovan Musk for men.. and all were delivered in perfect condition, and smell "EXACTLY" as they would had you bought them from a department store. - Here's the kicker.. even though these items were shipped overseas to East Asia, and I had to pay customs duties of about 72$ based on the whole order.. I estimate that I still saved about 100+ dollars when all is said and done !! - I am EXTREMELY PLEASED.. with my order.. the process.. the quickness of the delivery.. and the fact that these products are 100% Authentic !! Thank you Fragrance.com !! :D ... I hope when I order again in the future, that the process is the same as this time !! Just Wonderful !! ;)

Avoid this company if buying from the UK. They send me a part used or possibly leaky fragrance. Hard to tell as the fragrance box was unsealed. But at least 2-3 ml out of a 30ml bottle was missing on arrival and the atomiser had a strong smell like it had been sprayed. They agreed a return but nearly 3 weeks later they are still saying my return is in the UK waiting to be "consolidated" I assume to save on shipping costs. They will not even give me an outline timeframe for when I can expect my return and there is no way of tracking the process even for them apparently! Who knows if I will ever get my money back. I saw someone else had to wait 3 months! And even then only got part of their money back. An absolute joke of a company.
