Great customer service from Holly today via WhatsApp. I queried being charged two delivery charges when both orders were made on the same day and arrived in one package. I had an instant reply and refund! I use FFS for my subscription razors and plastic free body soap and the service is always amazing 🤩

I wasn't able to log into my account so I used whats app and spoke to a lady called Holly, she replied promptly to my messages, she was very friendly and he
lpful she answered all my questions and was able to get it sorted for me, I'm now able too get back onto my account online.

Our members receive a recyclable metal razor handle and four blades in their first month’s box, with four replacement blades every month following (or every other month for those that shave less) for £9.95. There’s also the option to add on extra products, including the world’s first three-step shaving system for women, featuring an exfoliating Pre-Shave Scrub, award-winning Shave Cream and moisturising Post-Shave Balm, as well as a range of organic, vegan, aluminium-free deodorants. FFS is also certified cruelty-free and offers a blade recycling scheme for used blades.

Amazing products and costumer service!

Helpful costumer service, Holly was very nice and knowledgeable! Love their products I’ve a been a costumer for years now and stopped buying any drugstore products to shave and maintain my legs. Totally worth.

I have been using the razors for a number of years now and find them to be excellent value and last a lot longer than other brands I have previously used, Great service from Holly I had an issue with my order that was promptly rectified with ease, would definitely buy more products from this company.thanks again holly

Excellent service

Holly replied to me so quickly this morning and resolved my query instantly. I stupidly forgot to skip my subscription delivery for this month and was charged this morning, but she cancelled my order and refunded me the money instantly. The team are always so lovely and super helpful at FFS, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my razors!
