Impeccable Customer Service!
As someone who likes to do her research before purchasing, I'll admit I had many a question to ask the team. And they were polite and prompt in response to each and everyone! (I apologise for the spam of questions haha!) The WhatsApp chat is a great feature and means I can easily get in contact with the team without worrying about emails getting lost or misspelling an email address!
I made my first purchase, and was accidentally sent my razor without the engraving I'd purchased. Not to worry! As first thing the next day (considering I messaged late the previous evening), and a new handle was added to my next delivery of razor blades! I've now got my mum to use my old handle, meaning we're both converted!
I've never had a closer shave, and the extra bikini trimmer blade at the top is a nice touch too!

Holly was very helpful when I messaged her for some help with my broken razor and I wanted to see if it was still under guarantee, Holly added a new one to my next shipment along with a shower holder! And added a product that was 50% off for first purchase! She was friendly and supportive, and sorted it all very quickly!
I find that FFS customer support are always happy to help when I need them.

Great customer service!
Customer service is top notch, I ran out of blades and Nikki was able to speed up my next shipment within minutes! 100% recommend.
Been using FFS for my razor blades for 4-5 years now!
So happy with the service. Started during the pandemic and I never stopped. The razor handle is still great, I haven't replaced it in so long which makes me happy (small contributions to the environment).
It is also honestly the best razor blades I've ever used, smooth and easy to use.
