Great customer service from Holly today via WhatsApp. I queried being charged two delivery charges when both orders were made on the same day and arrived in one package. I wasn't able to log into my account so I used whats app and spoke to a lady called Holly, she replied promptly to my messages, she was very friendly and helpful she answered all my questions and was able to get it sorted for me, I'm now able too get back onto my account online.

Excellent service
Holly replied to me so quickly this morning and resolved my query instantly. I stupidly forgot to skip my subscription delivery for this month and was charged this morning, but she cancelled my order and refunded me the money instantly. The team are always so lovely and super helpful at FFS, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my razors!
