I ordered two XL shirts, when they arrived they might as well have been M sized. I repackaged, left labels on and returned. I had my proof of return.
After a week or so I heard nothing - I contacted Farah by email about 4 times before anyone had the decency to respond - doesn't look like they 'received' back my order and I won't be refunded. I can't fine my proof of return so basically had to write off £50.
Robbing, theiving, scheming, scamming bunch of you know whats. Will NEVER order anthing off them again.

Didn't order directly from farah, i ordered from an online retailer,
I bought two cotton 'hardy-harrington' jackets, one in beige, other in navy.
While the length was alright, my main complaint is that the range of arm motion is TERRIBLE,from how the sleeves are sewn/attached.
VERY RESTRICTED MOVEMENT IN SLEEVES, when moving arms.
And bunches up exposing my bellybutton when i "reach-up",
I'm gonna have to see about getting them altered at extra cost, e.g getting armpit/underarm "gussets" added, to allow for better range of motion, which this jacket itself lacks,
Was hoping for farah to be better brand,
But anything from almost anywhere seems to disappoint me,

Unprocessed return after two weeks
I returned several items from an order two weeks ago and have provided receipt of delivery but have still not had the return processed or a refund. After raising it initially I was asked to get back to them after 7 working days. Having done that I'm still waiting for a response. Very poor service
Very poor service wont respond, I returned an item on the 7th January they received it on the 9th of January but won't issue or contact me regarding refund

Very poor service
Very poor service, order placed a week ago with no update to when they would deliver. Courier company advising they haven't received the delivery. Contacted call centre twice to be told they would chase it up. Order has just been cancelled/ refunded with no explanation. Will avoid ordering through company website in future

I want to rate this page Zero as they are a fake page. Deceiving people for money. Was very responsive initially before ordering, almost clingy. Stopped responding completely 2 weeks after the payment was done and I started enquiring about the delivery. Please avoid this page and use your money wisely.

They don’t like to refund.!
I purchased 3 pairs of trousers on the 28 September and returned them on the 12 October. I paid £52 in an initial instalment via the Klarna platform. So far I have had £4 returned on my £52. This level of customer service is shocking. Beware before you buy from Farah.

The worst customer care - EVER.
Ordered a wool jumper of them, and wore it twice and it's heavily bobbled - looks like it's been worn 1000 times. I wrote to them to explain the situation and sent photos - received a response saying "it's wool that's the way it is" - and that's it. I will never buy Farah again - the worst customer care service - they won't be around for much longer if they keep treating loyal customers like this - very short sighted.

3 stars because the items I kept are…
2 stars because the items I kept are nice. Returned 3 items but only only refunded for 2 of them. I am down £24 due to this. Customer service email replies take upto a week so it takes so long to get any response.

Customer service complete shambolic
Customer service complete shambolic, ordered 6 shirts from them, kept 2 and returned 4 which was delivered to their warehouse a week ago but no sign of acknowledgement for a refund. When asked they said we are investigating, I mean how hard is it to refund a genuine return that's why its easier to shop from retail stores where you can try and buy the stuff. Not at all happy with their long refund process. Won't be buying from them again.

Ordered a shirt which had clearly been worn by another customer before and returned: black hairs, black marks and bobbled fabric. Sent an email to customer service who asked me to send pictures back to them which I did. No further reply from Farah for the past 3 weeks despite me sending further emails to enquire. Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service.

Used to really like Farah
Used to really like Farah, but ordered a tshirt, it shrunk after one wash. Customer care offered a 20% refund & for me to keep it, not sure what use that is when it isnt wearable anymore.
Had to send it back for a refund, but whole experience was way too much hassle.

Woeful
Ordered a shirt from Farah. I washed it before wearing and it shrunk so returned the item as faulty.(Not the only one who had this issue, looking at the website reviews for the shirt) Attempted a live chat and was told the warehouse were looking in to it. Over three weeks on and still not heard anything, losing the will. A painful experience and one that will not be repeated.

Stock levels online always wrong. HOPELESS SERVICE
There sale items shown in stock, NEVER ARE. You only find this out days or weeks later after paying . No customer service at all .I paid international shipping for 2 items supposedly in stock .One got cancelled over a week later but the shipping cost doesn't change .You lost another customer Farah. Despite Farah claiming to have refunded for an item not sent and postage NOTHING WAS REFUNDED.

Still awaiting refund
Ordered 3 items. One was cancelled with no explanation. Sent two back nearly two weeks ago and still haven't had any confirmation of a refund being processed. So slow. Avoid.
Edited: After I left this review I received a refund notification for one item. I sent two back in the package so still not correct
