The directions for heating are; too small, the font is way too small. The mention of "bento" is a word only familiar in a Japanese reataurant. Delete that word. Putting the meal on the edge of the microwave is also wrong, we have rotating plates that heat evenly. ... The brocoli is always mushy. The overuse of powdered peppers for flavor enhancing is evident.

I do not like the behavior of your website or android app. Food is more than acceptable but it often takes several passes to make selections for the following week on your app/website. If I accidentally tiuch something on the screen I often lose everything I've selected. Takes over 1/2 hour for my wife and I to select 10 meals. No way to save progress before selecting the requisite number of meals. Sometimes I select Add and nothing happens;after 20 seconds I hit add again and now ive selected 2 meals. Response is terrible.
Food is delicious, no compliants with that. Delivery could be much better, drivers never pay attention to customers requests whether using front/garage door, they never ring the bell - which would be helpful especially when one is disabled. I believe that should be addressed, there are loads of folks that have mobility problems.....then why leave the box right smack in middle of doorway, giving u a problem opening the door?? Give me a break!

Food taste hasn't been up to par, yet......
This is the second time I have been ordering Factor meals. I remember the first time I liked the food much better, they were better tasting. I am going to stay with it for awhile and see if it may just be the few that I have tried, but am not real happy with them right now.

Every item I’ve tried has been EXCELLENT. So much better than others I’ve tried which are devoid of spices! Only complaint I would have is the plastic sealing the food is extremely difficult to remove. Let whoever seals the food know they go above and beyond!

the android app is really bad
the android app is really bad, i can keep a chat with costumer service, dont notify for new messages and then after 1 minute you loose your thread, lots of bugs in there. its really annoying. food is just fine, i dont like the plastic container though

Time saver but is it worth the cost?
It is great when you are in a bind and short on time. I am a full-time RN, mom, and full time student, with a husband who works on the road and is gone most of the time. Pros: Good food that is filling and a time saver. Cons: way to expensive after the promotion, broccoli portions are 3 florets, way too much sodium, lunch choices cost extra leaving you with eating hot meals, and they do not have fresh/raw vegetables options. Quinoa bowels would be a great addition and cost is low to make. Because of the cons, I went back to food prep. I was missing our fresh spring meals. Plus the factor meals were getting "old". Would I do it again? If I was in a bind for time and the cost was lower yes. Between my husband and I, with my 2 kids eating some of the meals, we were spending $400 a week on Factor with both accounts.

Good food mostly when I’ve received…
Good food mostly when I’ve received boxes but terrible customer service. Moved recently and when I updated my address it apparently didn’t save, which I didn’t realize until I was tracking my recent delivery. Customer service refused to help in any way not willing to replace, offer a discount, resend with me paying additional shipping, nothing. Cancelled my account and they didn’t care one bit. That’s their choice but not a company I’d like to stay with when paying so much. Plenty of other meal service options.

Didn’t deliver when they said they would and then said it’s still in the warehouse 1 day after, but with no planned date. So I’m here just buying food assuming it won’t come. I can’t use a service that doesn’t deliver when you need it to, defeats the purpose of it. Avoid even with the vouchers.

Lemon pancakes are delightful.
I just had the lemon pancakes with blueberry compote and sauages. I found the lemon pancakes wonderful. Lemon taste was subtle not sharp. The compote and syrup both added to the overall flavor. The sausages were easy to cut and not at all tough. This contrasts with the pork and steak other items contained.i could barely cut or chew those.

A good meal service
I love that Factor has been delivering on time and love the flexibility of the whole thing. Meals are also tasty.
Two things I wish Factor did better on:
. Some meals come with a small amount of sides (I have gotten two small pieces of broccoli before in the meal box which is definitely not enough). This goes for the protein as well. Some chicken pieces are significantly smaller.
. I don’t like the inclusion of palm oil in so many meals. I personally have to avoid most oils (with the exception of olive oil) and this makes it difficult to find meals for me. Please consider moving away from using palm or soybean oil.

Ordering is complicated. I hit the box for no spicy and I got some spicy my stomach can’t take spicy. Also it would be nice to have less salt. No complaints about the food it is delicious and so convent to have a good meal. My daughter and grand daughter get a box also.This is a good gift for Mother’s Day Father’s Day and Christmas great gift for seniors especially men who are alone and can’t cook. You should advertise that.i love factor

I received a coupon in the mail for…
I received a coupon in the mail for $175 off my first few orders to return. I Signed back up and they switched my coupon; instead of $175 off my first few orders, they'd give me $250 off my first 10 orders. I could cancel the discount of $250, but there wasn't any way of seeing that I'd get $175 coupon applied. I bit the bullet and signed back up anyways. I got my box on Sunday.
Normally I get emails of "last day to modify next order." I didn't get one this time. Monday night, the charge for the NEXT BOX goes through. I contacted customer service to request a refund. They refused repeatedly. Instead, they offered me a credit on the following box and basically said bye. I told them I didn't see the credit. They assured me it was there. I explained to them it's not showing up. They finally "understood" and explained I only get the credit if I don't use any coupon codes... So instead of getting $175 off the first few boxes, I am stuck with 20% off *10* boxes *before* the credit applies, and they wouldn't tell me this up front?
Overall a very negative experience.
