The food is great. The packaging could use some improvements in the following ways:
1.the plastic covering is very hard to remove- especially when it’s hot. Perhaps use a less aggressive adhesive?
2.the cooking instructions are too small- you either need perfect eyesight or a magnifying glass to read it. Maybe make the instructions less wordy (summarize: pierce with fork/ cook 2 minutes/ stir/ cook 2 minutes) so you can make the font larger.
We are incredibly grateful to Factor for providing us with 8 weeks of meals after we lost our home to the Eaton Fire. During such a difficult time, having healthy, delicious meals ready to go made a huge difference for our family. The food was great, and the support meant so much to us. Thank you for your kindness and generosity—it truly helped more than you know.

My delivery instructions have never been followed….EVER. Even after I chatted with your robots and live people. You can go view those interactions. I’m done talking about it. This lack of following instructions and cost of meals will make me cancel my subscription. The excellent food keeps me here. Until the box gets stolen because your lack of following instructions
I’ve been enjoying the convenience of your meals, but I wanted to share some feedback about the recent variety. Over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed that the meals I’ve received have been mostly pasta-based, with very few options featuring chicken or pork. I also rarely see salmon meals in my plan.

Your system pushes Chicken way to much! And if I get broccoli I consider myself lucky for a meal if I get something that isn't just broccoli stems. Could be way better, but could also be way worse...

The calories in each serving is too much. I was used to only having 300 cal per meal from lean cuisine and healthy choice. Actually, I gain weight since going on your meal plan.

I really do love your food. What I hate is having to get rid of the box and packing. I'm using Cook Unity. I love their food too...a little bit more than yours because it's so ethnically varied, and they bring and take away their carrying case and ice packs. A very workless arrangement. It's that simple.

Having a variety of food all week and being able to have it ready in minutes!
The only item on the menus we have not liked were the green beans they are rubbery from the microwave. So I pick menus without them and I am happy.

This is the second order in a row that arrived a day late and in the evening. The bags were completely melted and one was broken open. The meals were covered in a thick jell and no longer cold. When the box arrived the tape was torn and the box was partially open. Prior to the last two orders I enjoyed my meals and they always arrived cold with the jell packs still frozen.

The last couple orders I had to throw away at least 2 meals. The chicken was odd and like a rubber ball It was not overheated. I will be pausing for a while as much as I spend per meal

Food taste great but portions too small nor enough calories

The food is very good. Like the options. Sometimes there are only 2 bites of broccoli and sometimes a good serving. Also would be nice if packaging had a bar code so could scan into nutrition apps. Other food delivery services provide this and it’s very helpful. Cooking directions are way too small to read. I’ll keep with it as food is good

I very seldom get my order on the designated date of delivery. My box is usually a day late. This throws off my planed meal schedule. NOT A GOOD PRACTICE!!!

The meals are very good and simple to fix. The portions are ideal and healthy. This is great for someone who doesn’t like to cook, but wants quality meals.
