Fantastic service from start to finish. Wasn't sure which phone to get and the lady has been brilliant in helping me choose the right one for ne. Phone was delivered next day. The only thing I would say please send the phones with a bit of charge in them, mine was flat, however works brilliant and condition better than expected.

Sent them a brand new phone from box to see how much of a scam they really are, downgraded my phone to fair from excellent and offered less money. Think that says it all!
Edit: In response to your response, great to have a decline option, however a fair price for the devices in the first place would be better.

Lost iPhone 12 Pro in an enviro…
Sent in iPhone 12 Pro in an enviro phone envelope and they said they never received it. Tried contacting multiple times but was always told they never received the package. Sent phone imei and serial numbers too. Would not recommend sending your phone using there envelope through post office

Frustrating Process
Frustrating Process, Eventually Resolved — Had to Push Hard for Fair Outcome
I’ve used Envirofone before without issue, but my recent experience was disappointing. I traded in a MacBook Air and followed their process exactly, using their prepaid tracked label. Royal Mail confirmed delivery on 24 April 2025 — but Envirofone initially claimed they hadn’t received the item and opened a Royal Mail investigation.
Despite proof of delivery, I was told I’d have to wait up to 30 working days and was only entitled to £150 based on their internal insurance limit. This directly contradicted the original quote of £337 I accepted. I challenged their handling, raised concerns about the legal inaccuracy of their position, and asked for escalation to someone who understood consumer rights. After significant persistence on my part — and several conflicting emails from them — they finally agreed to honour the full amount.
I’m relieved the issue was resolved, but it required far too much effort and pressure. If I hadn’t known my rights and pushed back, I doubt the outcome would have been the same. A frustrating process that undermined trust in what should have been a straightforward transaction.
If you do choose to use Envirofone, document everything and be prepared to assert your rights.
