I had to return a phone that came with a degraded battery. The service was very good and efficient. I was kept in constant touch and given options. It would have been 5 stars if I could have paid a top up to alter the replacement phone slightly but they will not do this and instead you have to get a refund and order a new one. But other than that minor inconvenience, great return service. Thank you.

Was a bit scared to buy of another site. But I was pleasantly surprised, my mobile came in a couple of days from putting my order in. The mobile looks and works like new. The site was very easy to order from.
I will be recommending this site to friends and family.

Absolutely shocking!!!
Do not use this terrible service. There are much better alternatives out there to sell your devices.
Long story short, they sent a "prepaid label" with Royal Mail, Royal Mail proceeded to lose the parcel (would anyone expect anything else?), and after literal months of emails back and forth with this terrible customer service, they finally only offer £150 compensation because that is all that is covered by their own "prepaid label", even though the quote for the device was about £500! Then they say I should have arranged my own shipping if I wanted a higher coverage. Here is a thought... why don't you send labels that actually cover the cost of the device, or don't send any at all? If you must do this, then don't hide this in the small print like every other scummy dishonest business out there.
PS. In terms of your reply to this review, your confirmation email and letter only says (rather vaguely I may add) "for your peace of mind we recommend using Special Delivery for high value devices". It doesn't state that the pre-paid label you sent is only insured to £150 and does not cover the whole value of the item, and it does not specify what a "high value item" is. The instructions in your email are very clear and nowhere is the £150 cover even mentioned. As I said, hide this in the small print, pretend it is all the customers fault and avoid any repsonsbility. The definition of shady business practices.

In our terms and conditions which are agreed to when generating your sale to ourselves, it states that when using one of our labels, the parcel is insured for £150 and that and item above this value that is being sent to us, we recommend to send as a special delivery with Royal Mail in order for you to have insurance for a higher amount.
