If I could enter 0, I would. It has been 12 days since my order was placed and charged, and the products ordered are nowhere in site, shipping separately and bouncing all over the United States via the USPS. Both products require special care, including chilled or at least room temperature storage. The order amount is over $200 for two products . I sadly will not be using eCosmetics anymore. I do not recommend for high end product purchases .
The prices beat the department store prices, there is no added sales tax and shipping is free. I just placed my order yesterday and have not received my product yet but this site is quick to confirm your order and provide shipping details.
I was looking for a gift and I found it at ecosmetics. The process was fast and I am looking for my delivery. I hope it arrives before my trip. Great prices.
It was easy to navigate, and I got all my questions answered. This makes it user-friendly, which many of us need!! Although I have only used it several times, goes on well (not having to scratch under or on your eyes to get it to go on) and the smudge stick is super helpful to create different effects.
It seemed like it took a bit to get to me, but a lot of shipping is a bit slower these days due to so many things. Thank you eCosmetics!

Ordered from them over 10 days ago. Still hasn't shipped. They refuse to refund or cancel my order. They will not give me my money back or ship the item. Have made 4 emails and each is a lackluster response with no solutions. I see many have been able to cancel. But they will not allow me to. BEWARE this company and it's 5 star reviews. Fake. Fake. Fake.
