Ive already reviewed the Weed wacker and found it to be everything I could wish. I used it today for the second time today and it was brilliant again. However, when finished, I unplugged it and carefully laid it across a garden chair to cool down. Making sure it was safely positioned I inadvertently touched the heated end and now have very painful blisters on thumb and finger. Entirely my own fault as I had ignored the instruction to WEAR GLOVES thinking I didnt need them.
I've learnt a very sore lesson today and will definitely be WEARING GLOVES next time.

I ordered a folding walking stick from the catalogue, which was delivered very quickly. I selected the "natural" wood colour which is good. The stick is very good, easy to fold and unfold, and the sections hold together nicely. In use there is not the annoying "click, click, click" sound as the stick contacts the ground when walking along. The handle is comfortable to grip and there is a strap at the handle to help if necessary to release your grip. Coopers have done very well with this product, accurately described in the catalogue and offering various designs to choose from.

The monthly pictorial catalogue detailing items is very helpful although the word “only” is overused on prices. Products are packaged securely and despatched promptly. Occasional money off vouchers on items or postage are helpful.

I ordered an item and realised I had…

I ordered an item and realised I had ordered just cushions instead of a chair. I emailed within 2 hours of ordering to say I wanted to cancel. Because it took so long for my email to be looked at, the item was dispatched before the email was dealt with. I had to go through the inconvenience of emailing to get a label and arrange collection. It took 4 emails to get even this arranged, If my email had been looked at, even within 1 day, the item could have been cancelled and it would have saved a whole lot of inconvenience. Your photos are also really misleading as it looked like it was a chair for sale when it was actually only the cushions. You should show just the item you are selling and not how it could be used.
