I ordered two identical Aplast fresh water tanks for a motorhome (112 liters) from CampingWagner. Unfortunately, one of the tanks was delivered without the top cover.

This cover is not a standard
size, so I cannot find a replacement in my country. I contacted customer support about this issue, but three days have passed, and I still haven’t received any response.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from the store. Good customer service is crucial, especially when dealing with missing parts. I expected a faster response and a solution to the problem.

I ordered two identical Aplast fresh water tanks for a motorhome (112 liters) from CampingWagner. Unfortunately, one of the tanks was delivered without the top cover.

Dismissing and meaningless communication

We had a pretty frustrating experience! The fridge we ordered in 2021 for our van was sent back to them in 2023 because of a problem with the door. We got a kind answer; the guarantee was still applicable; they told us how to send it back and informed us that they would repair or replace it.
We did not hear from them until 4 March, when we wrote to ask. From there on, it got worse and worse every day... First, they said they sent us the repaired fridge, which was successfully delivered in January (!). Since we did not receive anything, I wrote back asking where they sent it. The answer was one sentence: they could not say this to me for privacy reasons! There was no help in contacting DHL or suggestions on ANYTHING we could do to find our fridge.
I finally discovered on my own that the refrigerator had been sent to the company building our van four years earlier! They received a fridge out of the blue, without any name or letter inside the box, and free of charge, so they kept it and mounted it on another van.
When I wrote this to Camping Wagner, I had to hear from them that it was my sole responsibility. There was no mistake or overview on their behalf. There was no help, no hints, no apologies for not writing to us, and nothing towards problem-solving.
Today, a new fridge costs twice the amount. I asked for a discount, but I got a "No" as an answer.
It is not even the mistake that bothered me, but the lack of understanding, cooperation, and willingness to learn how to avoid such things in the future, the stubbornness and coldness of the person answering my emails, the incapacity to take at least a part of the responsibility... all this made me change company for the supplies of my van.

... and after the reply to my review, I definitely strike you all from my list! This is the same cold answer that I kept receiving in emails... First you said to me that you would inform me when the fridge was repaired or replaced, and YOU DID NOT. This would have been the right moment to ask the address or for me to tell you the address!!
As I said, you keep giving me complete responsibility. A professional company, one with empathy, would ask for confirmation before sending a 900 euro-value item to an address that is 4 years old and does not show the same name of the person who claimed the damage!!
There is no collaboration and no understanding at all. Are all your employees like this, or is there just the same stubborn one answering my messages? :(

Never I can trust them anymore!!!this was 1 and I believe, that the last time in my life… the same happens… you order new SUP for more than 400€ they sent old 🤦‍♀️!!!😡😡😡

I ordered SUP from them , they sent me old if you can say sup …😡😪… from yesterday I’m trying to contact them…😉😪😪😪…hoping, that I will have pickup service to return that old, dirty, stinky,moldy sup…😪😪😪… I hope they will answer me soon for solve that soon !!! I need only my money back!!! And never again from them…!!!😡😡😡😪😪😪

Great customer service!

Bought Nordisk Mos Daunenschuh, blau, Gr. M (39-42). My shoe size is 42 and there is still a lot of room for (very) thick socks. For smaller shoe size (39-41) I would go with size S.

I'm very satisfied with customer support. Very quick communication and fast delivery.

The biggest choice

Always friendly service, fast and relatively cheap international delivery, assortment is unparalleled in the whole Europe, returns work properly. English version would be great to have.

If only I could give 0 stars...!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We previously ordered a small component from Camping Wagner and everything was perfect (fast delivery, fair price). So we decided to order again from Camping Wagner, this time a much bigger order (window for a T5, roof vent, water tanks, various components, etc). This time it was a complete disaster. Everything is available on their website with 1-2 days lead time. They said they shipped the items, but they never arrived. Customer service is non-existing. They only answered to one of our e-mails saying they got it returned and blamed DHL (I contacted DHL and they had no record of that shipping). They said they would ship it again... still nothing and guess what? Again the only info you see is that it's been shipped back, which is weird.
So glad we used PayPal as payment method because we could get our money back.
I'm really not sure what is wrong with Camping Wagner because the first experience was good, but now reading reviews on their Facebook page it seems like most people are experiencing the exact issues we had.
Easy to say: will never use this website again, which is a pity because they have a huge potential being one of the few websites with most of the items you need for a Camper conversion.

Great service

Great service. Quick delivery. There was a small issue with one item, and the Camping Wagner immediately took steps to make it right. I am very pleased, overall.

Mostly Good

Bought a lot from them recently. Goods are ok, but could be better described in their catalogue - which is identical to Reimo.... In fact some stuff arrives with Reimo stickers on it.

Service generally ok, orders sent out in a day or two. But sometimes nothing happens for a week or two. Strangely when I email and ask what's happening, the stuff gets sent. Seems they're not tracking orders properly.

Quick dispatch

Quick dispatch, good quality service and very good products.
I was skeptical at first when I saw that the webpage looks like it's from 2009 but checked out trustpilot and other such services. Decided to place and order and would 100% recommend.
