Calendars.com customer service has been very disappointing in not resolving an issue for me with an order. I placed an order for a calendar and it was not at all properly handled! It took over two weeks to arrive and the fool that had delivered it left it in my driveway instead of my covered porch so it was wet and drenched not to mention bent!! They are unprofessional and unwilling to keep me as a satisfied customer; I have demanded a refund and closure of my account as a result of the poor customer service I have received. I highly recommend anyone looking to do business with them find someone else!!!

I ordered 3 calendars for my Mom and Step Dad. I received both the calendars for my Step-dad but the 1 calendar for my Mom was replaced with a "Folk Art" Calendar that is definitely not "Dachshunds Engagement" and definitely not worth $20 I paid for the dachshund one. My order was delivered at 5pm so I could not call customer service. Sent an e-mail, I am still hopeful to get the right calendar for Mom.

Is it ever going to arrive?
I ordered a calendar on the 22/12/24. It is now 16/01/25, and I am still waiting for it. In spite of that, Calendars.com has encouraged me to rate their services. Also note that for a calendar that costs 15.99$ i ended up paying 36$, as the item is being shipped (?) to Europe.

Where is my calendar?
I ordered a calendar and it shipped 12.31.24. Today is 1.11.25 and still no calendar despite 3 text messages stating it was to be delivered. Yesterday the text said delivery today via UPS. Now it says delivery Tuesday, January 14th. This is pathetic! The tracking link hasn't been updated since 1.6.25. I called Customer Service at 2 p.m. Central time and the message said the hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday central standard time. Hello, 2 p.m. is before 5 p.m. I am very unhappy.

BAD Shipping & Customer Service
I traditionally wait until after Christmas to order calendars for the following year as the prices drop. That'd be the case this year - I ordered (3) calendars. I was provided with shipping info. It started with UPS then a handoff to USPS. The large shipping envelope arrived completely wide open with 2 of the 3 calendars missing. Upon calling the 800#, a woman answers the phone w/barking dogs and loud kids in the background. NOT professional at all. Now one of the missing two calendars is out of stock. I requested a refund. Never again.

3 calendars ordered
3 calendars ordered. They were delivered in a cardboard envelope in the rain. Calendars were not wrapped in any plastic and arrived soaked and wrinkled. I would not advise anyone to use calendars.com

very poor customer service
I ordered a calendar, and I'm still waiting for it 15 days later. It's gone from TX to CT to MA to Albany, NY for a week (30 min from where I live) and now it's supposedly in NJ. I was unhappy when they told me that I had to wait 14 days for them to do anything. It was obvious that it was already lost by the 11th day. I told them if I didn't get the calendar or a refund by the 14th day, that I would get a refund through my credit card. They told me since I officially told them I was disputing the charge, they wouldn't work with me. I'll never order anything else from them.

Terrible return policy
I have shopped Calendars.com annually for years. The past two years there have been items arrive not as expected. Last year they agreed to a one time courtesy return label. This year, I have to pay return shipping in order to receive my refund. In the age of AMAZON, and free returns, I will take my business elsewhere.

Sloppy business operation
I was very excited to receive my order until I found out that one of the calendars, which is going to be a Christmas gift for my son, was missing from the order, even though the order list says that it is included in the box. What’s worse is when I contacted the customer services to report the missing item, I was offered either a replacement or refund. I immediately responded that I for sure would like a replacement but to find out that item is out of stock. I’m very disappointed with Calendars.com for its sloppy operation and logistics to cause this inconvenience and it does not make it remotely right by only offering me a refund because there is no other similar items available to replace the missing item in my original order. I have been a loyal customer for many years and this experience definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Bum deal
Just ordered 2 Lang calendars. It said free shipping on $30 plus calendar orders, then they turned around and charged me shipping. Not happy, as I couldn't cancel the oder because I ordered as a guest and customer service is closed. Only a 1 hr window to cancel. Why state free shipping then charge shippin? That's dishonest. Didn't even show shipping charges until my pmt confirmation.

I visited their site and looked at 2 calendars. Nothing more and then I left the site. Within 15 minutes I received an advertising email from them mentioning that I had visited their site and inviting me back. I had planned to go back and buy a calendar from them. However, considering they captured my email without my permission and spammed me, I went back to the other site to buy my calendar.

Third time NOT a Charm
I ordered 3 calendars. Two were in good condition but the third had a large blemish/defect on the upper right corner. I contacted them & they sent a replacement at no charge, but the replacement came in worse condition than the first. Not only was there again a large defect in the upper right corner, but the calendar was noticeable bent along the top edge. The shipping envelope, even though marked "do not bend", had been severely folded. Both times I sent them pictures. Also, I questioned the defect in the upper right corner as if maybe their inventory was defective since it occurred a second time. They blamed everything on the shippers. The second replacement arrived. The outer envelope was in good shape & I was expecting a calendar in pristine condition. Such was not the case! The third calendar again had a defect in the upper right corner. This time when I contacted them, all they did was say I'm getting a credit. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! Having worked in Customer Service, my solution would have been to go to my supervisor, get approval for both a credit & a replacement calendar, make sure the new calendar was completely inspected before shipping, & to provide extra protection such as protective wrapping before shipping. One star is too high of a rating on this one; half a star at best!!!

Photos sent for each occurrence. For them to say my review may be false is absurd & only further evidence of the poor customer service experience I had with the company.

The missing month
I have been ordering wall calendars from Calendars.com for about 6 years. I received my most recent calendar yesterday. While transferring information from 2024 to 2025 I found December was completely missing! I called their customer service number and spoke to Meeka and explained the problem. Meeka immediately took some information and then said the replacement calendar was on the way. THIS! This is what customer service looks like. Thanks Meeka.
