The protein is high quality and tastes great. Strongly recommend the chocolate caramel flavor if you're into a bit more sweet drinks. Great shopping experience overall and arrived very quickly (in like 2 days).
My order came within days of ordering and it was a smooth process. Vegan protein is decent, it’s often hard to find a nice tasting one but this one does the job. I went with Vanilla. Also, the prices are reasonable!
Ordered a bag of unflavored collegen. Recieved a bag labelled as unflavored; but somehow its actually strawberry.
The flavor I dont actually mind, but I consider it quite a serious thing when you would like to be able to trust a company to implement processes to put those ingredients in the bag that are on the label; and no others.
To make matters worse, customer service shows no interest in retrieving their bag to asses the truthfulness of my claim and improve their processes. Their prices are often good, but I guess ill be looking alternative suppliers.

Terrible service to be honest
Terrible service to be honest. I am a customer for over two years and I accidentally ordered the wrong product. I immediately e-mailed them to ask if they can cancel it. Apparently the can't and now I have to pay 20 euros for a return because they could not cancel it.
Terrible service and they definitely lost a loyal customer.

Why vegan product has glycerol and…
I just wonder why vegan product (like omega 3-6-9) has glycerol and it’s not showing that it’s derived from plants on the package description? Because it might as well be from animals and this would be a big disrespect.
Also worried a little bit about why it says it may contain fish?? And other sea stuff?? When it’s vegan shouldn’t be all clean?
