i’m not worried anytime my parcel gets delivered my Bpost. Their track and trace is very helpful and accurate and they send u a picture of where they leave the parcel if ur not home. Unlike GLS, they’re very reliable and if i could choose any shipping company for my orders, it’d be Bpost
I was a bit surprised that the A5-sized ‚parcel‘, a book ordered online, was not simply put in my post box (so that I had to go to the post office and wait there for half an hour …)
but: I love the yellow post of old. you know, horse carts riding through the landscape, postillion blowing the trumpet and stuff …
We have been now for many years so happy with the delivery of post/packages by BPost. They are totally reliable and I have no complaints whatsoever! This is the way companies should be. If they promise, they should deliver. BPost does that, at least here in my area.
The parcel was delivered to the postal office because I was not home. Because this was an important and valuable package, I am glad that the package was not left on my doorstep. Nice to know I can count on getting my package!

The worst delivery company
Never they delivery my stuff to my home address I pay extra money to receive in my address
Today I was waiting them all day
And they send me email :
Your parcel, is on the way to a nearby Pick-up point, as we were unable to deliver to your home.
It’s easy for the driver to send this message instead to knock the door
I pay extra cost and now I need to pick up my stuff from Pickup point

The delivery guy stole my package it’s the 8th time it happened,
I request bpost management to escalate this issue and take a strong action against such a behaviour,
Now I’m afraid of using the bpost service , what’s hilarious is it’s a national postage service ,

Failed delivery.
Not for the first time a postman fails, no following the guidelines of it's own workplace.
No doorbell ring, phone call or leaving the parcel to the neighboor as it was chosen in my preferences. No evidence of delivery car being there at the time of the delivery as well.
The delivery had to happen the day before at first, by the way, but they were proccesing it for no reason. And then this mistake.
Support is uselles since you can leave only complaint there. No solution to delivier the parcel which is not yet in Post Point. Why there is no mechanism for that? The questin is rhitorical.
I am going to use a different provider for my parcels since that 😘

The postman didn't even ring the doorbell! He put my parcel in the postbox which is exactly in front of the first door of my apartment. As the parcel was not very small, half of it was out of the postbox! Everyone could take it!
