Terribly dissatisfied....
my parcel was a laptop. when unloading, the postman put everything on the box with my laptop and tried to carry it into the building. i stood and watched this horror. and what's worse, it slipped out of his hands on the stairs and all the parcels fell down, my laptop fell and everything fell on it. the postman did not even apologize or even talk to me. i am not happy with this incident. no one knows what damage the laptop received when it fell down. i hope nothing gets damaged in the near future.
