I bought a new $1,000 coffee machine and am I experimenting with coffee. I live in GA. Bones is in FL. I ordered some coffee on Dec. 7th. It is the 16th and it is still not here. They use DHL for shipping??? That's crazy. DHL has to hand it off to the post office. Been sitting at some PO in GA for almost 3 days not moving.

I just ordered something from Miami. Took 2 days to get to me.

I will update reviews if and when I get the package. Based on what I am reading, I am going to be thoroughly disappointed and I already know that with this ungodly shipping time, this will be first and only purchase.

I returned their items the same way they were sent to me; in brand new unopened condition but their customer service rep keeps telling me they want to issue store credit instead of giving me the full refund I am owed. They make it difficult if you want to return items. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority here and not a good look for their company.

I love the coffee but the shipping sucks. Economy shipping by FedEx, you may as well walk it to Virginia because it’s the same amount of time. Use some of your most caffeinated coffee and wake up before it’s too late. Change shipping and more success will come your way. Until then I am switching back to buying bones on Amazon.

Ordered on 7th...still not here..

Bad customer service

Great products and fast shipping

I placed my order on a Friday and received on Monday. It came in very well packaged and customer representative kept me informed about order and shipping. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again from them as they have very interesting coffee flavors and their custom mugs are just awesome!

No delivery update, no response, no update. Just took my money.

Bones coffee sent an email on 11/24 with tracking info that coffee got sent. However, as of 4 Dec, the shipment never left Florida. I sent an email 12/2 and called to ask about the status and to cancel if there to be further delay. Absolutely no response from Bones coffee. I have not received this type of indifferent and poor service in a long time. Bones coffee just charged my credit card on 11/23 without delivering what it had charged me for. Very dishonest and disappointing. I will never purchase from Bones coffee.

I love the coffee but the shipping…

The coffee was coffee, not as advertised

The coffee was good coffee, and very aromatic… However, the advertisements make it seem as though the flavored coffee would not taste like actual black coffee, and said have a predominant flavor… This is false advertising as even though it is flavored coffee it very much still needs creamer for people that enjoy creamer in their coffee

Easy Ordering from Bones Coffee

It's easy to order from Bones Coffee. The only hard part is choosing which flavors I want to try. They have so many interesting and delicious sounding coffees. I appreciate the sample packs for this reason. I have enjoyed everything I have ordered from them in the past.

My New Favorite for Flavored Coffee

The coffee is great! I bought the sample pack of 5 different flavors (banana foster, salty siren, mint chocolate, highland grog, and cotton candy). I love every single one. Bones has become my favorite company for flavored coffee. I cannot wait to try more. I only wish the limited edition flavors could be available as samples.

Repeatedly Impressed

I'm repeatedly impressed with the variety, taste and quality of the different Bones Coffee I've received. The mugs are awesome! Quick shipping is also a plus.
