Late to ship with no notice, difficult to contact someone (via email only), supposedly resolved my issue nearly a week ago by cancelling the late order and charged me nonetheless and supposedly sent 50% of order without answering subsequent correspondence telling them I would not accept shipment.

Worst customer service ever. Paid for a subscription to their bodybuilding.com app. Never could get access to it and they never got it fixed. Hat monwy is lost because they wont issue a refund. Qhich i believe is fraud. Customer service (Leah, Leah) just gave me the runaround and never resolved the issue. Buyer beware! Don't buy anything from bodybuilding.com.
The bodybuilding.com app is a total scam. They changed the app without any notice and we lost years of data. Now trying got cancel the subscription is impossible. I keep getting robot responses and it has been months. Reaching out to my bank tomorrow to block all charges from them and will order supplements somewhere else!!!
closing a forum thats a quarter of a century old with no warning and leaving some chitty pic of some faggy influencers is despicable. Shame on you beta's, never buying a supp from yall again, burning all my bb t-shirts and slapping anyone i see following your workout vids. you make me sick *spits*

Absolutely abysmal customer “service"
I’ve been a customer with bodybuilding.com for over 15 years. Their customer service used to be pretty good. Out of the hundreds of orders I have placed over the years, there were a handful or so that had some issues. A missing or damaged product here and there. I would contact the live chat and they would take care of it and issue a replacement, no questions asked, on the spot while I was on the chat with them. Frictionless, convenient, good service.
Those days are evidently over. I placed an order in January that arrived on the 17th. It had a creatine tub that broke open in the box and spilled out and one item was missing. I reported this a day later on the 18th and even provided pictures. I had to use their online report form because live chat is no longer available. If I had to bet, I’d wager greedy exec and shareholder scum axed the live support team to bank a few more bucks. I received an automated reply so I know my report went through. Then silence for two weeks so I submitted another report, again with pictures. This time I received a reply from a person asking me to provide more information so I replied with a summary and the pictures, making that the THIRD report. "Mighty Milly” replied saying I should give the fulfillment team 7 - 14 business days to send replacements. Six days later I got an email from “Lean Leah”, asking me if the creatine was still usable and if I wanted a 20% discount on my next order. I replied that the creatine was open and spilled and I got rid of it and I was expecting a full replacement as per “Mighty Milly’s” emails, not a 20% discount. The next email came again from “Mighty Milly”, saying I should give it another 24 - 72 hours for a response from the fulfillment team.
That was over two weeks ago and almost two months since I reported the damaged and missing items. I am no longer a bodybuilding.com customer.

Bad Business
They have let themselves down with bad management for years but have just shut down their greatest market for traffic. Waste of a legendary domain that will fade into obscurity now and be a footnote in the internet history.

Disgraceful company betrayed its own community
15 years of workout logs, progress photos, friends, memories, all of it gone in an instant. They shut down the forums with no warning and erased over a decade of my life. Terrible company that is circling the drain. Their customer service is horrible and their supplement orders take forever. They have lost a customer for life (srs).

They shut down their forum without any warning. A massive community with years of knowledge and experiences wiped out. This company does not care about it's customers, very unreliable, would not trust or recommend.

They cancel your order & keep your money
I place an order only to get a message that it was rejected by "customs". After fighting with Bodybuilding.com reps who were ignoring all my emails, they finally refunded me ONLY the product cost, NOT shipping. I has to eventually threaten them with going to the regulator. When I contacted DHL, they confirmed that the shipping label created by Bodybuilding.com was incorrect.
Bodybuilding.com sees it fit to take orders, cancel them without providing any reasons & then keep your money as well. Don't deal with these unethical cheaters!

Scam Charges
I was charged $80 but I've never made a purchase from this site. I emailed them immediately, they emailed back asking for more information which I sent them. Then I had to email them again as they never responded, and they finally said that they would refund me within 48 hours. That was on 6/20. It is now 7/12. I emailed again this morning, no response.

Would give it 0 stars
Would give it 0 stars, kept billing me for months for a subscription, couldn't cancel because their site said I didn't have a subscription, the app also showed I hadn't but apparently I can't get any sort of refund because "terms and conditions" I should have read!! Despite the fact according to their site and app I had no subscription, I was just paying for it.
"Chiseled Charles" their customer service representative may as well have been a robot, didn't respond to emails just used copy and paste responses. Have just put in a chargeback on my card to get my money back, as the company doesn't listen or respond to you as a person
DO NOT USE the application is rubbish anyway there are far better free apps and sites that give better info.

You leave your msg and email thrn eventually you get an automated email back . It is now April 8th snd still unable to use . The company email stated having password sign in technical issues and will come back better than ever . I will give them one more week to straighten their web page or .I will contact my credit card company and have charges reversed !

I placed an order for Whey protein on…
I placed an order for Whey protein on the UK site, but it ended up being shipped from the USA. Despite the added import taxes, I was initially fine with it. However, what Bodybuilding.com didn't disclose is that some of their products have trouble passing through customs and are subsequently returned.
Interestingly, they keep your payment while the product is in limbo with customs. What's even more intriguing is that Bodybuilding.com won't initiate a refund until their chosen carrier, FedEx, successfully delivers it back to them. Unfortunately, my package has been stuck without any progress for several days, and it's becoming doubtful whether it will ever make its way back to the USA.
It's quite a unique business model, as it appears Bodybuilding.com benefits from holding onto customers' funds without actually delivering the product. So, if you decide to make a purchase, consider using a credit card and be prepared to initiate a dispute due to their questionable customer service and unconventional business practices.

The decline of bodybuilding.com
Bodybuilding use to be a company I could call and talk to someone when I had a problem. Now I can't do that. We have to use live chat or email. Yeah talk about crappy customer service support. Looks like I will have to start shopping other places and advise my family and friends to do the same.

Shame the UK site can't deliver things to the UK but don't tell you
I ordered whey protein from the UK site. It turns out that they ship this from the USA. No problem I thought, it still works out cheaper even paying import taxes.
Unfortunately, what Bodybuilding.com don't tell you is that they can't actually get a number of their products through customs and they will just be returned.
They are still happy to take your money and hold onto it though whilst it goes to customs and gets returned.
"Best" of all Bodybuilding.com won't refund your money until their woeful carrier, FedEx actually deliver it to them. Mine has currently been stuck with no progress for days now and seems unlikely it's ever going to get back to the USA.
Nice work Bodybuilding.com. You then manage to boost your cashflow and get a return on my money knowing full well that you never actually have to deliver any product! "Interesting" business model.
So ultimately, don't order from them unless you pay by credit card and enjoy having to open a dispute for their poor customer service and, ahem, "unusual" business practices.

Reached out because I had no idea where my shipment was and "Mighty Millie" responded to my email very fast and gave me the information I need to track my shipment. I honestly was NOT expecting a response today let alone within 15 mins, that's UNHEARD of, so for that, thats a score of 100 out of 10!!!!
Thank you Mighty Millie
