Initially I was disappointed with flowers. I followed all the instructions but after a few days the flowers still looked very forlorn and I thought that they were dying. I continued to nurture the bouquet and after a week they began to bloom. Now almost two weeks later they are looking lovely so patience has paid off and I am very pleased that I didn't throw them out.

Flowers arrived almost a week late after Valentines Day. Courier spent all that time re-attempting delivery to an easy-to-find office that was open with a staffed reception. Very disappointing. I’ll use a more reputable UK-based flower service next time

My first order was lost and recipient didn't receive I was so impressed customer service handle my query about delivery quickly and mt friend got her flowers (replacement) with in 48 hours. Very impressed with communication and support

Delivery delayed
Delivery delayed. I placed an order for mother's day as the item looked perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Paid extra for a card to be included, a little annoying, but whatever. Was asked to pick a delivery date, I knew it would be busy with mother's day so purposely chose an earlier delivery date to give a few days buffer. Item wasn't even despatched in time to make the delivery date and then delivery went out 3 days after the requested date and a day after mother's day. What should have been a thoughtful gift has now resulted in my mother thinking I'd forgotten about her and she's really sad and disappointed. Contacted customer service and was basically told tough, and we're busy.
Things happen, but how customer service reacts to messages of dissatisfaction says more. Would not use again..

Will never order again from this company
Ordered flowers as letterbox gift 3rd March...expected delivery 6th March. Email sent to me saying delayed!!!! Until 9th March by 10pm....just tracked at 22.11pm and the flowers are now arriving by 11th March!!!! They have been in transit since the 8th. Absolutely ridiculous. These were a gift for my daughter, shes home tomorrow so I now don't need them.

UPDATE flowers arrived on the 11th...not to my daughter as obviously not there. Went back to the carrier..these were letterbox flowers .. DO NOT ORDER

Have patience !

The flowers were received on the date specified. The only thing is, I would have liked to have included at least a small card with my name on as the person who received it had no idea who had sent it! The other opportunity was to buy a card from Bloompost. No option.

First order with this company and my last.
Selected a specific delivery date around a recipient being in and they never arrived.
I checked the status and not even out for delivery and the estimates is now 3 days longer.
Appalling service and personally think you should issue a refund for such a shocking poor first experience.
If you're a potential customer reading this and want a delivery to arrive as per the agreed contractual date you select BUY ELSEWHERE...
