Bliss is a scam company

Ordered from Bliss. Account was charged immediately. Product never received. Refund requested eight weeks ago. Numerous canned responses from a bogus customer service. This is a scam company.

False representation and totally unfair

I placed an order on which I was told that because I spent over $50 I had qualified for free shipping. After paying via PayPal I found I had been charged for shipping. After complaining I was told that free shipping only applied to United States residents. This was not mentioned before I ordered. I have argued my point since but to no avail. I have asked for the shipping cost to be reimbursed to me but they refuse. Anyone ordering from outside the United States BEWARE! This is total misrepresentation and is completely unfair.

Poor , possibly illegal packaging.

Wrote a review, but it was deleted before I had the chance to enter it. Botox Bliss Elixer. Bottle came in a small unmarked box, NO literature inside, NO instructions for use (I thought that was illegal!!), dark brown bottle has very small writing on back -- not instructions. NO return info. It would seem this outfit is operating on a thread. Since it promotes a "botox" replacement, I hesitate to use it without more info.

It has been

It has been. Almost a month and I have received products. When I finally got through to company I told them I wasn't going to pay when my card bill came in and was also going to put a complaint on Facebook. Got an email with tracking number on it but still waiting fir product. Realize noe product is made in China so this explains everything.

Non-delivery, after being charged for product

I placed two separate orders on June 30 for Bliss Botox products, my account has been charged for both, but delivery has not been made, nor any contact from company about delivery time. I have filed a fraudulent report with my bank. I would never do business with Bliss again!!!

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered two bottles of Bliss toner. The package arrived completely beat up and one bottle was empty. The postal service even put a warning on the package that the contents had spilled and apologized for the packaging. I reached out to Bliss customer service for a replacement and sent multiple photos of the empty contents and beat up box it was delivered in. Bliss tried to get me to send in a return and refused to issue a replacement. Do they expect me to return an empty bottle? Bliss clearly did not package the toner correctly and certainly didn't issue a refund or a replacement. I would not recommend.

Order was supposed to arrive tonight…

Order was supposed to arrive tonight after I ordered it over a WEEK ago. Now it is saying another 5 days. I'm requesting a refund. Never buying direct again, spending my money on another brand.

Customer service NEVER replied to my product question

I asked a question about a face peel serum’s dates of manufacture, suspecting they are sending out old products. There are numbers on the products that represent these dates, but only the company knows how to determine what they mean. Customer service never replied to my emails and the chat support couldn’t answer my questions. Three chat representatives submitted the questions on my behalf several times during November to an “advanced team” and assured me I would receive an email with an answer. After 5 months, I still have not received a reply. The chat representatives said they receive 1000s of daily requests and that’s the reason for the delay. My advice is to purchase similar products from The Ordinary available at Sephora. It’s affordable and has much better customer service. Not answering emails makes the company feel less legitimate.

Waste of Space - I ordered mascara direct from their…

I ordered mascara direct from their website on the 10th May. It’s now the 24th May and still hasn’t arrived. I have sent three emails but the reply is a stock answer. No dispatch email sent either. Luckily I paid via PayPal and they have sent me a refund. Their customer service is non existent. First and last time I order from them. I ordered from Boots yesterday and received my goods today.

Scam alert!!

Scam alert!!! Do NOT order from this company! They will automatically sign you up for reoccurring charges on products that you did not order and then refuse to refund the money. I have spent hours on the phone and with customer service, half the time they disconnect the call, and still only ended up with a partial refund. Do not waste your money or time! If you do, do not bother returning the product or asking for your money back. Just report the charge as fraud immediately and close your card.

Queried about Vitamin C strength % in…

Queried about Vitamin C strength % in their serum - got a blunt reply saying that they won't be revealing that information. I find it strange because every good brand will display the strength of an active ingredient for multiple reasons: When under 10-15% it has almost nil effectiveness on your skin, secondly, some people have skin sensitivities that they want to consider when using stronger Vitamin C. The company seems to have a very low vitamin C % hence they are not revealing it. I returned my product back to the retailer because they lack of transparency and I feel they are cashing in on the bottle design and marketing, not the actual product. Sad!

Fun, high-quality cosmetics!

Fantastic products! I am a full-blown skincare addict and BLISS never disappoints! The cosmetics are high-quality, effective, nicely packaged and FUN! They are cruelty-free and open about what goes into their stuff. I LOVE email marketing of BLISS, I receive lots of emails from BLISS, but they are not annoying somehow and really friendly and engaging. I highly recommend Drench & Quench moisturiser, serum line and hand cream!
