Absolutely love these blinds. When we were looking into them, it was a minefield.
We measured everything 3 times following the guide on their website, to ensure we were correct. They arrived within 5 days, and were very well packaged.
The first one was tricky to put together, but once we’d figured it out, they others were simple (although you have to have a bit of strength to click the corners).
The ‘credit card’ space wasn’t quite big enough, but with the use of a tape measure, it’s simple to move the bracket to the correct position.
Once they were up, they looked fabulous, neat and clean lines.
I wouldn’t hesitate in buying more for other windows in the house, and would definitely recommend others to use them.

Great quality fabric
Great quality fabric. Pattern on blinds is even better than on photos on site. Been delivered 10 days prior to quoted time is a big plus in my case. We made a mistake while ordering but one phone call was all i did and the Blinds by post team sent us replacement blinds without a fuss. Glad we took the insurance which isnt even expensive considering the service provided. I will definitely use them in future and highly recommend to others

Replacement vertical slats
Easy to use website with a wide selection of replacement vertical slats to choose from. Delivery could be better especially when paying for fast track. Item dispatched on Tuesday received order Friday. Delivery company DX did email when goods are out for delivery and approximate time when delivery will be attempted.

Order here at your peril!
Purchased 2 roller blinds and 2 perfect fit blinds from here. Had no dispatch e-mail after 2 weeks and kept being told that they were awaiting a part to come in. Finally, 4 weeks after ordering I finally received the 2 perfect fit blinds and one of the blinds had the chain on the wrong side and the chains themselves were cheap, flimsy and clunky and only dropped 40cm on a patio door blind, despite the website clearly stating that it would drop up to 2/3 of the drop length.
I e-mail CS about these issues as well as querying where the other 2 items were and they just fobbed me off and then stopped replying to me. I ended up having to raise a Section75 dispute with credit card company to get my money back. Order here at your peril (and use a credit card if you do!).

Your order was unfortunately affected by an out of stock part across the board, and we tried multiple different suppliers to try get hold of this to get your order out as soon as possible, though this wasn't something we were able to achieve on this occasion. We are truly sorry such an unusual delay was experienced.
The reference of the chains being 2/3 of the drop is in relation to the standard rollers, rather than the Perfect Fit rollers. For the Perfect Fit rollers, the chain will always be 400mm. This isn't something we're able to change under any circumstance.
I do sincerely apologise if you feel like you were being ignored. I can see this was raised to management to see what we would be able to do to best help, and I'm sorry a delay in responses has resulted in this. We are always happy to work with you wherever possible to resolve any issues, and I deeply apologise this has failed on this occasion. I can assure you this is something the team are still looking into, and we will urge them for a response as soon as possible to continue to work towards a solution with you.
