Fantastic blinds and customer service support. Highly recommended and I will be ordering two more for my bedroom. I ordered the twist and fit roller blinds. The first one went up easily, couldn’t be happier. I struggled with the second one so contacted customer service and the lovely Jessica guided my sausage fingers to adjust the side fitting. Worked a treat and now that’s up too. These twist and fit blinds are a dream for anyone who wants to install a blind with no hassle.

Courier reported no answer but client and builders were at the property. Had it diverted to me and I had to deliver to client. Will think about using again

Brilliant blinds and customer service
We have used this firm for replacement vertical blind slats a couple of times and very pleased with them. Will give advice on a suitable product and answer any questions you may have. The finished products are excellent and very happy with them.

Correspondence was good but I was not…
Correspondence was good but I was not happy with the cost of the postage at £8.95. I ordered 20 clips at 60p each then had to pay an extortionate amount for posting them out. I asked if we could collect but they were not insured for us to do that. Won’t be using them again

Terrible!!!
Where do I start???
I ordered next day dispatch twist fit roller blinds on 1st April. The confirmation email stated that blinds should be dispatched on 2nd April 2025. My blinds were not dispatched to the delivery company until 8th April!!!! I ordered these for next day dispatch as I believed they would be here before I went abroad for Easter holidays. Needless to say the blinds then arrived on the 9th April when I was abroad so had to get a neighbour to take in the order which I collected when I got back to the UK on 18th April.
To my horror when I returned home and attempted to fit the twist fit blinds it did not work. All 3 blinds were measured to the instructions however 1 caused damage my recess. I contacted the company for a refund and they have been less than helpful. They constantly refer to their T&C’s which basically state no refund will be given if measured incorrectly. Although the measurements are correct and the blind measurements are correct the blinds do not stay up- so the product is faulty. The company then stated in an email that there is a note that blinds may not work on plasterboard… unless you’re a builder I don’t know how you’ll test the walls to ascertain what material composition they are made of. Also it says ‘sometimes’ doesn’t work on plasterboard. The website doesn’t say twist fit blinds will not work on plasterboard.
Needless to say I am livid that the company is trying to keep my £218. I will be going to trading standards and my credit card company.
I would avoid using this company at all costs!!! In my honest opinion this company hides behind T&C’s which are highly unfair to the consumer to avoid refunding.
If you value your money go somewhere that will cherish customers and provide reasonable solutions such as refunds for products that do not work as described on the website.
