Happy about my purchase

I was buying at Bijourama for the first time and was a bit sceptical but everything was great.Fast delivery and items I bought exactly as described. Definitely I would buy again

Absolutely diabolical

Absolutely diabolical, sent me a faulty watch that I purchased via Amazon marketplace, returned the item following all the required protocols including Royal Mail track & trace who confirmed the item was returned to the address on the address label provided by Bijourama/ Amazon. Claim they haven't received the parcel despite me sending screenshots of proof of delivery from Royal Mail website then cite no parcel number showing on RM website??? Don't buy from these guys they will rip you off using excuses or deploying delay tactics for issuing refunds, totally irate at being conned by these hoodlums!

Poor customer service and no refund

Poor customer service, sent back two watches on december 2 2023 which were ordered MAY 2023 and got delivered 22 NOVEMBER 2023...

All received and "checked", refund should take 15 business days?! Guess what, it's the 4th of februari and still no money...

Didnt ship what I ordered, bait and switch?

I ordered an electric bike but a neoprene handkerchief was delivered. When I complained, the return policy suddenly became very problematic requiring return of the almost worthless item and many weeks before they could refund or make me whole again in any way. I cancelled the charge with the bank, and then cancelled the card entirely. This firm is far from legitimate.

No wonder why majority of reviews are 1 star

No wonder why majority of reviews are negative. I ordered many watches for my business almost one month ago and they were very petty about the bank transfer (they wanted it to be sent ASAP with many emails even if the watches were a preorder). I made the transfer and emailed them the copy, following all the instructions about the transfer's subject, etc. After one whole month they contacted me asking for my identity document & bank statement, because they thought my wire transfer was a fraud payment (how can a transfer be a fraud? when I also provided all the documents and everything was matching my name and address?). I proceed to send them every document to confirm it was a real transfer (which they also received, btw..) and they just straight canceled my order without no reason. This made me very upset because I just think they are making excuses for selling many stock they don't have but, besides this, they only did so after one whole month where the watches were already processed for my activity. In addition to this disaster they made, they are taking AGES to refund me because they claim they don't have my IBAN (???), or that I can't send it via text message but I need to send it via PDF statement (which I already did...). This is aa complete disaster, after 1 month I am out money and I don't have any watch nor my refund. I hope my order could be reinstated since this would be the only way to sane this shop.

Fail to refund bracelet and charms

I ordered a bracelet and some charms for my mom's birthday. The bracelet was too small so i had to send it to get a new one but i made a mistake and selected all product when sellecting the poducts that were gonna be sent to them. So i had to resent all products later on i asked a refund instead of having a delivery of the new bracelet and charms. They refunded me for the bracelet but never for the charms that i also resent. Since this day all they say is we talked with the refund team and they are analysing it . FOR 5 MONTHSSSS ? SUCH bad organisation. Plus i sent prof of the delivered products.

Zero Customer service

They delivered the watch to the wrong place, so I never got it. Still waiting for an apology to start with!. On top of that, They are not refunding me the money, even thought I keep chasing them

You have to know that when the carrier passes by, if the relay point is closed or is unavailable, the package is automatically routed to a replacement relay point.

Send me a used watch in poor condition

I ordered a new watch from this company. They sold me a used watch in very poor condition. I have now spent almoust 2 month struggling with these guys. Tres mauvais. Non recomendable.
