Both times I called with questions on ordering a new Nikon Z8 with accessories, the gentleman was able to answer all my questions. He guided me to the proper accessories I asked about and never tried to talk me into anything I didn't need. I highly recommend B&H! I'm so excited to receive my new camera.... tomorrow!
This would be a 5 star rating if B&H would provide me with online options for shipping other than Fedex. So far I'm pleased with the service and quality gear that I get at B&H.
I usually come to B&H LAST...why? That means that they get the order! I have to look at other companies to compare pricing, shipping and payment options. Besides the great inventory, the pricing and the benefits of the PayBoo..the folks working at B&H are just nice people!
Clear information online. Experienced photographers on the phone if you ever need them. Trouble shooting for your camera if you require help. I've shopped B & H for over 10 or 15 years. They are first rate every time.

I made an order mistake and it was easy to correct it. Two items ordered, but on separate receipts. Cancelled both and reordered so both items are on same receipt and will arrive at same time.

I started with a local camera store and was told about everything they could not do for me and how the Canon product I wanted may or may not be available before the June 2025 tariff price increases. Came home and ordered through B&H and it will be here in a couple of days. No issues!
