Betfair in my opinion is one the best online casino ever played.
The processing time from withdrawal is very helpful. We know that winning is random process but sometimes they surprise you.
I can complain from my past experience and recommend to all my friends and family to have an amazing time with some responsibility. It's for fun not for hobby.

All the free offers are great until you hit the play here button endlessly and it takes you nowhere, my £50 free bet when placed on odds that should give give me 1.5 x on my bet gives me a return of £53 🤦♂️ won’t be continuing to use this app, like many others they promise so much but deliver sweet FA
It was good at the start when I signed up. Getting the odd win here and there. I like playing Virtual Roulette. Honestly I played 33 spins on their Roulette covering 16 numbers. Not one win. Absolutely raped me. Funny how the ball never lands on your numbers. It's my own fault I didn't realize that it was Playtech Software. Played 5000 hands on their poker app and barely won a session and I'm a tight Conservative player. They use ipoker. Again another Playtech piece of Garbage. The best thing Betfair could do is scrap their contract with Playtech games and create their own Poker Software. I would have been a good customer. Deleted the Apps and won't be coming back.

Virtually No service
I have had a betting account
with this company for well over 20 years. There is basically no service now. I tried to withdraw some funds but could not. They make it extremely complicated to withdraw any funds. I was unable yo do so. I have now closed my account with them today. How do I get my funds that I have with them? They do not tell me. Please assist me . Sincerely Bernard Weill

Support that doesn't help and worsens the situation by punishing the customer by suspending the account for 72 hours.
I deposited with my Bank ITAU account, which has Pix linked to my phone number. When I tried to withdraw, it didn't work—my Pix CPF is registered with Bank ITI (a digital bank owned by Itau).
I tried registering ITI Bank with the ISBP code 60701190, but it didn't work.
I attempted to resolve the issue through Betfair's chat support, but the agent not only failed to solve the problem, but they also blocked my account. Now they're saying I have to wait 72 hours. My goodness, what terrible service!
I want to be assisted to resolve the issue, and I have to wait 72 hours to be attended to? My goodness, what a mess this company is—stay away from it!

Randomly they paused my account for zero reason, and over two weeks requested documents which I supplied, and still no reason given, then they wanted me to go on their chat and do it yet again. So I have asked why, again no reason given. So I instantly closed the account and insisted they delete all my details. I won several times this year and last, much more than loss. So I suspect that's the reason. Go elsewhere they got dragged to court recently for not paying the punter. So avoid this lot.
