Worst service ever any website can give. If you ask a genuine question, they will not even answer you for that. Instead, they will argue with you and talks shit. Why it’s so hard for them to answer a simple question. If we don’t know then only we are using their app I think. Soo unprofessional behaviour. Never ever will recommend anyone !!

You could've simply asked for the instructor to explain why your math was wrong. But instead you decided to attack the instructor.

I was searching for a course to help me with my IELTS exam. I would like to say that I found Bestmytest a great place in order to study. customer service responds fast and greatly serve the customer.
the only negative thing in my opinion is that the paid packages are limited with time not with a quantity.
I have a suggestion for that. accessing the materials should be unlimited time but maybe taking reviews from real teachers can be limited with a certain time.
I give it 5 start because for me the pros are more than cons. and it's specially for the customer service which I miss in so many services in Europe.

I think the platform provides good feedback on progress, and my score is 5. Even though it sometimes takes time to correct, and if it hangs, it's better to wait and restart. However, for me, the customer support experience deserves a rating of 1, as I asked twice for the correction prices and they couldn't provide me with the information. So, to consider when purchasing your subscription, when your AI points run out, you can buy them at a price of $89 for 200 points.

Bestmytest is a great tool to prepare for IELTS. The lessons are structured in a clear format and quite detailed while the practice tests are very useful and well written aside for a few typos. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to get ready for any of the tests they offer.
