I purchased 6 radiators at a great price with fast delivery.What makes a good company is how they deal with problems. This company replaced 2 damaged radiators without any fuss or stress. Highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond for their customers many thanks..

Excellent advice and help from Mary during my first contact with Best Heating resulted in me placing an order with this company. I thought that, if they employ staff of Mary's calibre, the company must be pretty good. The radiators aren't up yet, but I have no doubt they will be first class.

Was looking for a specific sized radiator. Found a few online but none of the quality and heat output I needed for the room. Bestheating had exactly what I required for a great price. Well packaged and prompt delivery also helped. Would recommend this company.

Fantastic radiators/valves and amazing speedy service.
Super fast flow system now and much better heat output. Massive selection of sizes was a great plus as our house has a wide variety of room size
s and wall space geometries, window positions etc.

Product looks great and delivery…

Product looks great and delivery service was great. However, I was not expecting to have to install the heating element in a sealed radiator myself. I am also finding it difficult to connect the WiFi thermostat to my network and there is not a lot of help in the instructions (it still isn’t working after a couple of days of trying g different things)

Regarding the heating element, please note that it does not come pre-installed to minimize the risk of leaks during transit, should it become dislodged. Additionally, this allows for installation according to the customer’s preference, depending on the required connection side.

Great Stylish Radiator for a Great Price…

Poor delivery

Got the correct items but the delivery process wasn’t great.

Selected nominated day, it didn’t arrive.
I spoke to somebody to confirm the delivery for the Friday instead and they said this would be ok and then tried to deliver it Thursday morning while I was at work.
Still not received the refund for the delivery cost either

Good price and product from BestHeating, but delivery service does not meet expectations (poor communication and not honouring the 1-3 day delivery). This is contracted out to Furdeco so not BestHeating's fault but I hope they find a more reliable service in future.

This is our 3rd purchase and the…

This is our 3rd purchase and the radiator is fantastic but unfortunately the radiator feet were damaged, Best heating replaced them a further 2x before I finally received a perfect pair. I did advise these were not damaged in transit but looked like a quality control issue from the sprayers.
I would highly recommend Best heating.

Instant Resolution

I tried using my blue light discount however it didn’t seem to work. I joined the chat with Holly N who very quickly informed me that the code from the app seemingly wasn’t working properly however she found a quick and easy work around so I was still able to get the discount.
