I had an issue with one of my tyres and I called up Beaurepaires at Reynella and I felt instantly at ease that I had called the right place. My options were discussed on the phone - and they were able to make an appointment at a time that suited my work. I was greeted very warmly but professional. They identified the issue very promptly and were able to do a puncture repair and get me back on the road quickly but very safely. I appreciate the staff at Beaurepaires Reynella - they explained the issue without double talk and I felt completely at ease unlike some other places I have used. Thank you for such a wonderful service.

Super stressed to find out a puncture on my left rear passenger wheel hours before a wedding. The team at your Wynnum Queensland Branch really did above and beyond to accommodate me. Very hard to top that up especially when the next door competition was short of saying they don’t want my business. Service excellence is a rarity but the team at Wynnum will do their absolute best. Good day at the wedding indeed! Thanks!

I purchased a new set of rims and tyres for my Ford Ranger, initially they could not get the valves with the sensors to fit so I had an annoying flashing light on my dash. After taking it back 5 times they worked out how to fit them, keep in mind this is a tyre and wheel place.
After about a year I had a tyre continually going down so I have a lifetime warranty on the tyres, they were more than happy to repair it but it was a split valve, at this point they realised they has put the incorrect wheel nuts on the wheels (a year or so had passed)
They offered to put them on, I rang them after 2 days and yes they have the nuts and I bought the new sensor valve from Ford so they are now ready, upon my arrival they admitted they dont have the nuts so I had to drive home again.
Next day they have the nuts again, They are to fit the nuts and the sensor in the tyre and do a wheel rotation. I found the sensor light to be on on the dash and the wheels not rotated.
I will get it fixed at my expense at another tyre shop. I have been in there 8 times to get set up properly and it is still all wrong
DO NOT GO HERE

Great service

Great service. The guys made provision for me to have me back on the road in 10 minutes. Great job and great service with a smile and a can do attitude. Highly recommend these guys.will definitely use them when my tyres need to be replaced even though I'm on the other side of town. See Mitchell and you will not be disappointed. No affiliation with this business or its employees at all.

Poor experience

What an experience , went in to see them this morning and asked about repairing a puncture in the insurance I bought when I purchased from the same branch .
People on the floor were great , he even said because I was insured they should be able to replace the tire , until we went and saw the manager . He seemed ok until he saw what the price of the tire was to replace , I didn't buy cheap tires . That's when the problem started . Be basically couldn't produce the guidelines for the insurance and was in the phone talks ing to his manager I assume .
He had the guys off the floor measuring the tread debt and looking at the tire all over . So I guess he wasn't happy with having to possibly supply a tire for insurance .
While he was on the phone I said I would be back this afternoon to see what the insurance guidelines were .
Got back and he must have had a bit of confidence now as he said I was rude in the morning to him and to his crew which I wasn't .
He couldn't produce the insurance guidelines and when I asked again he said I would only get a percentage of the price off as the tire was worn , which is fair enough But when asked again he just shut shop and said I was rude to him and his crew in the morning again again , just being deliberately evasive to simple questions I had asked .
Just a rude and ignorant individual . I will be letting every one I know what he is like and what they are about .

Worst experience I have ever had with a tyre company

I ordered a set of tyres and booked in. I got a phone call that they couldn’t get them but had another brand that had the same tread and size, I said ok they are the same tread and size? Yes was the answer. I dropped the vehicle off and came back to something I was not happy with. It wasn’t the same tread pattern witch made a difference in with of tyre on the road. I let them know I wasn’t happy and was told there’s nothing they can or will do, also they tried to charge me more. I asked if they couldn’t give me the tyres the same as I ordered to put the old ones back on and was told that’s not happening. I have had a business just over 40 years and couldn’t believe how I was handled. This is the second thing I have done to try and get a response from beaurepaires and nothing. I will never us them again and discourage anyone to deal with them. No Integratiy

Had a bad experience at another store, rang the call centre and was directed to Beaurepaires Epping. The service, standard of work, friendly manner and professional approach were all excellent. I work for a Disability Company and the…

I work for a Disability Company and the work van needed 2 new Tyres. To my Amaz, Simon at Maroubra Beaurepairs explained that there will be 4 brand new tyres plus a wheel Alignment to keep myself, Staff & Clients safe. Matt as very helpful.

Silly me couldn't figure out what the tyre pressure should be. The servos wouldn't help and it wasn't listed in the car manual. Last resort I went to the tyre place. Matt, the wonderful young man at Beaurepaires Geelong Vic, helped me out very kindly and happily. He also explained a few things about my tyres and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks Matt.

Service excellence

Service from Bearepaires Hawthorn was…

Service from Bearepaires Hawthorn was so good, that it really made my day. I was running on emergency tyre. I had gone to VW Bayford almost next door (where I had purchased my car) but they wouldn't fix my tyre. Bayford had told me over the phone to come in between 1pm-3pm and they'd fix it. I got there at 2pm, they changed their mind and insisted I leave my car overnight or come again another day....to replace a single tyre!!. I was not happy.. So I walked over to Beaureparis. Told them my situation. Staff there were great. Really great. They said they'd sort it quickly and they did. Polite. Fast. Can't praise the staff that were there enough. And what a contrast to Bayford VW. Need help with tyres go to a specialist.

ELIZABETH CHEATED & LIED. I have proof

Originally bought 4 new tyres. Excellent service above and beyond. I couldn't have been happier. So the next week I went out of my way to go back for the spare as well. It was supposedly balanced as well. I noticed NO WHEEL weights and asked "where's the wheel weights?". Reply was "didn't need them". Completely lied to my face. Had to go somewhere else where they balanced it with LOTS OF WEIGHTS (budget tyre). WILL NOT TRUST EVER AGAIN. PS I have proof
