I got the initial necklace in Pave/gold, and while it took a while to get delivered to me, i loved it upon first blush. I am an everyday jewelry wearer, and I do go to the gym and am a little tough on my jewelry, so unfortunately within 5 days of receiving the necklace, it started to turn my skin green and tarnish. I reached out to customer service and they were very prompt in their responses, and even offered to send a replacement or a refund should I want. I opted for the refund to try to find a waterproof brand, but their customer service was exemplary. definitely a great brand if you are gentler on your jewelry than I am!!!!

I ordered two custom bracelets for mother's day. I made a mistake with the spelling on one bracelet but noticed it immediately after placing the order. I contacted customer service within minutes of placing the order. The emailed me saying they would contact operations and ask them to cancel the order so I can place the correct order. they emailed me after a couple ays and told me that unfortunately they couldn't do anything. Really disappointing and I will not be supporting this business again. I have even a repeat customer but not anymore.
