What a wonderful experience I had with Kara and Chana from the baublebar customer service team.
I needed a gift shipped to a different address then originally intended.
I was assisted in no time
at all and they even included the gift card I had forgotten.
They made this change all seamless and I thank them very much….. Carol K

Have been a loyal BB customer forever. Products are pricy but hold up really well in my opinion. I had a problem with my custom order and Morgan, a Customer Care Associate, resolved my issue QUICKLY and to my satisfaction! I emailed about it last night and the issue was handled within the hour of receiving my first email back this morning at 8am. Great customer service!!!

A diamond in my bracelet I just ordered…

A diamond in my bracelet I just ordered already came out. I contacted their customer service, more like their help email and have heard silence since then. How is this quality jewelry if it is missing a diamond? And is this how customer service for this company is? Leaves you on read. I’ll tie my money to kendra since I’ve had plenty of good experiences from them. Bye Felicia!

Customer Service 10/10

Unfortunately the product I had received broke very quickly after, but Morgan really did a wonderful job of rectifying the situation. They were very efficient, technical and friendly and I am very satisfied with their service. I will shop at BAUBLERBAR again due to this wonderful support.

This is a shout out to Chani ! I actually put Chari but I had done the review early in the morning . Outstanding customer service from beginning to end . Thank you , for the quick customer recovery & seriously was surprised they will be sending earrings to replace the quality issue on the other ones. I really wasn’t expecting that at all! Thank you Chani !!! My apologies for the wrong name on the review .

Excellent Customer Service

I placed an order on the website and, after submitting it, discovered I missed an item. I emailed customer service and Brittney responded almost immediately. She was super kind and quick to offer a refund of shipping on my 2nd purchase. Product can generally be found anywhere but Brittney’s excellent customer service will keep me coming back to Baublebar!

Bead Kit Missing Pieces

When I received my bead kit, I noticed that some pieces might be missing. I emailed the help line, and Kara got back to me right away. She was able to ship the missing pieces and I should receive them very soon! Very thankful for her help, friendliness and quick response.

I placed my order and had an issue…

I placed my order and had an issue applying the discount. I contacted customer service and was surprised to hear back from Jamie within minutes. Jamie took care of everything and made sure my discount was applied. It was really refreshing to get service like this. The service that Jamie offered is what sets companies apart from others. Thanks for your help!

Custom order issue RESOLVED

not waterpoof, great service

I got the initial necklace in Pave/gold, and while it took a while to get delivered to me, i loved it upon first blush. I am an everyday jewelry wearer, and I do go to the gym and am a little tough on my jewelry, so unfortunately within 5 days of receiving the necklace, it started to turn my skin green and tarnish. I reached out to customer service and they were very prompt in their responses, and even offered to send a replacement or a refund should I want. I opted for the refund to try to find a waterproof brand, but their customer service was exemplary. definitely a great brand if you are gentler on your jewelry than I am!!!!

I ordered two custom bracelets for…

I ordered two custom bracelets for mother's day. I made a mistake with the spelling on one bracelet but noticed it immediately after placing the order. I contacted customer service within minutes of placing the order. The emailed me saying they would contact operations and ask them to cancel the order so I can place the correct order. they emailed me after a couple ays and told me that unfortunately they couldn't do anything. Really disappointing and I will not be supporting this business again. I have even a repeat customer but not anymore.
