Three weeks since I placed an order on their website and still says “preparing shipment”. I’ve tried to reach out but just get automated responses and no one ever replies. At this point I’m not sure if anything will ever turn up..

Order was made 3 weeks ago and still has not been sent. Have been trying for 5 days to get any sort of customer service to supply answers and its just automated bots telling me someone will get back to me, they never do.
My advice is if your in the UK do not order from their own website, and be aware that if anything goes wrong, your not going to be able to contact them.

I ordered a pen for a senior military persons retirement from my small team and paid for it to be engraved with the name of the project he had committed his last decade of his service too. Only to have the pen delivered without the engraving. I have reached out several times over several days making them aware of the circumstances hoping to find a resolution only for an email notifying a £10 refund for the engraving. Its now very late to sort a replacement gift and I have a £80 pen that is now pointless!!!!! Utterly gutted and disappointing!!!!!
