Bought a barebones chassis as a replacement for a failed piece of hardware and had a warranty issue. The support team tested my whole system to figure out what the issue was and replaced the part no problems. Absolutely top tier service

Great for professional and personal requirements
Have used BH in the past in a professional capacity, and was very happy with the products and services. I have now also used them for personal purchases, and am continually impressed by their offerings and support! Would recommend these guys when looking for refurbed IT equipment.

RAPID service - FIXED
Great service - order arrived very quickly, unfortunately developed. fault after a few days, Its computers...it happens, BUT they helped me through ensuring no data was lost, Took the machine back and got it back to me within days. Very impressed with the speed and helpfulness.
This company knows how dependant you are on IT systems and do what they can to help you out, work on the machine the day they receive it and get it out as fast as possible. Most companies take weeks to fix things, these guys took 1 day!

A good if not straightforward purchase
I am eventually very pleased with the PC I purchased, but it certainly didn't go smoothly. The PC was delivered promptly and was well packed, but the installed Windows 10 didn't work. After I completely reinstalled it, the licence couldn't be activated. Eventually Bargain Hardware remotely injected the digital key, which took time because apparently they had never done this before. Bargain Hardware were very helpful all the time until the problems were resolved. However, I can't help feeling that given the time lost getting the PC sorted, maybe I'd have done better to have bought a new one in the first place!

Their chat works really well - I needed a workstation for a particular purpose and they sorted the CPU, GPU etc for a reasonable cost.
