Item was defective

I purchased an open boxed item that was supposed to be new and unused. It is new and unused however it is missing several snaps. Its a beco carrier. It's normally $129.00. and I paid $85. Great deal for an opened but unused item NOT a defective item. You can get it new at amazon for $105. There is a no return policy on open box items. Very unhappy.

Product not delivered

I ordered an easel for my granddaughter for Christmas. They said it was in stock and it would be delivered no later than January 5th, 2010. January 6th rolled around and I emailed them to find out the status of the easel. They emailed back and said it was out of stock and wouldn't be available until March. I emailed them back and told them that was unacceptable and could they get it in another color. I also stated that I hoped we could work this out or I would notify amazon of the poor service received. The next day, I didn't hear anything back, went into my amazon account and found they had cancelled the order & made it impossible to leave feedback or a complaint. Very poor customer service, don't plan on getting what you order, and there no recourse if you are unhappy. Their staff obviously is allowed to do anything they want to.
