I ordered two items on 4 April and they did not arrive till 24. Your website says delivery will be within 3am 5 working days. You need to either change what your website says or hire a different delivery company. This happened to me previously some three years ago too but I hoped things might have improved. I would not recommend you.
Great experience with Aspiga. Love their clothing lines. Unfortunately I had to return a few items as they weren’t quite the right fit. But their customer service was excellent, very helpful with returning the items. Received a full refund within about a week. Very satisfied customer 😊
Efficient in every respect from ordering to delivery.
I am delighted with my purchase. The fabric is soft organic cotton in stunning colours. I ordered a medium which is slightly large and next time I will ordered a smaller size, but overall I am very pleased with the quality and the style of this skirt. It is beautiful.

My dress arrived from Aspiga very promptly and in excellent condition- I hung it up for 24 hours before trying it on feeling a little apprehensive as it looked shapeless but when I tried it on the next day I was delighted to see it is a great shape and I love it.

Really disappointed - bad experience
Really disappointed - at first I received 2 different sized sandals & having returned them I requested the exchange be sent directly to my sister (for whom they were a present). The replacements have just pitched up back at my house with no further communication from Aspiga! I’m now going to have to pay another lot of postage and further delays getting the sandals to my sister. Won’t be shopping with Aspiga again - not a good experience and created loads of extra hassle for me.

However now the new ones in the same size are now quite a bit smaller ? My feet haven’t got bigger ! I’ve measured them back to back on the old ones .
Then I have to pay £3.50 to return

I was so surprised that a premium product arrived in such poor packaging and as a consequence the item was very wrinkled and creased and the belt....best no more said.
The garment looks well made but I am still getting over the state of it.
The colours are as described.

2 sizes of the swing cardigan purchased. Size S measured larger at bust than details given on website. Size XS faulty with a ladder caused by a dropped stitch in the knitting. Trying to effect an online return was a waste of time - it did not work. Phoning similarly frustrating as all operatives too busy!! Had to send emails to resolve.

The process to return an item on the website is terrible , trying to order an exchange dress was impossible so in the end I opted to return for refund . Then I realised you have to pay £3.50 to return . I have been buying from Aspiga for many years their products are great but the return policy is very poor
