Hello, my Siru lamps I recently bought from Archiproducts it arrived later and when I installed, did not have an even brightness. I wrote in with pictures seeking advice on this issue.

Marcella,
was the customer rep that liaised my feedback to the Siru manufacturer , a solition was proposed ( to “de-grease” the glass lamp inside-out , dry and test. I did as instructed and was pleasantly surprised with the good results. I want to thank Marcella and the good folks from Siru to help me resolve my issue , luckily it was not difficult for me to execute. Thank you for the great support.

I placed an order on 29 November (black friday). It was supposed to arrive at the beginning of January (I was counting on this delay). Since then they've been giving me delays, it's now March and I still haven't received anything and I've paid 400€.

At the beginning the customer service was good, they answered me quickly but now they don't even answer.

Update 12.03: After writing this review the order miraculously arrived a week later, split into two packages that arrived on consecutive days. Finally Customer Service got back to me.

Received twice a broken wash basin

Received twice a broken wash basin, poorly packed and delivered, 3 months after paying the order and after an initial delay caused by, according to the store, a 3rd basin had been broken as well (!). This can happen but the support and customer service is not up to standard. Long delays for response in relation to the situation. You have to write several times and call the shop, then suddenly a reply. They are very concerned about their money (not considering the customer may deserve a compensation after 3 months of delays and problems) and demand small pieces returned before refund is made, making the customer wait even more. AND the refund is reduced with 500 SEK compared to the purchase price when it finally arrives - no explanation and no transparent documentation of transaction, exchange rates etc - no documentation at all of the transaction. I bet they let the customer pay for the transaction fee. But still, too big part of the purchase price ”disappeared”. 500 SEK corresponding to 52 euros of the purchase cost still missing in the ”refund”…!

Meanwhile, they are veery good and active in sending you glossy promotions, no problems there… I would avoid this shop if I was you.

***Update regarding the shop’s reply : the sink was not delivered according to promised ETA ( late January - early February) so it is not correct what is stated in the reply from the company as below. It took a couple of more weeks. After payment, this was stated: ” Estimated delivery between 30 January 2025 - 4 February 2025 ”

and after asking for more info on 25/1 and two more times after that,

As soon as your order is complete and we receive it, we will prepare the documents for the shipment to Stockholm.

***update 15/4 regarding reply below from the shop: The shop has not yet showed a copy of the bank transactions for the refunds explaining the difference of 50 euros, nourishing the suspicion they let customers pay transaction fees and exchange fees even when cause of the refund is not the responsibility of the customer.

Anyway the estimated delivery dates for your order was respected since you made the purchase at the end of December and you received it begin February, that is after 6 weeks from the purchase as stated in your order confirmation. In addition, our Customer service has always answered you in less than 48 hours and informed the producer to start a second production when the 1st delivery arrived broken as well as they organized the pick-up of the articles when you asked for the refund.
Finally, what about the refund, we sent you a copy of the transaction made on your order where you can clearly see that Archiproducts refunded you in full.
The exchage rates are imposed by the bank because of the determined on the basis of the market conditions prevailing at the time of the agreement.

Delay delay delay!!!

Uneven luminance on pendent lamp

Hideous experience, lead time tripling after purchase

I ordered a Sofa on the 01/12/2024 - mindful of an indicated lead time of 6/7 weeks on the website.
Before ordering I contacted the customer support to confirm on the variety of fabrics offered on AP, which seemed outdated to the vendors website, but was advised that all fabrics/stitchings should be available.
Apparently it took 2 weeks to confirm the order with the supplier, prolonged by the vendor letting AP know about the unavailability of stitching… this resulted in an estimated delivery between 03-08/02/2025 [10 weeks from order].
As there was no update close to the indicated timeframe I reverted to customer support - to confirm whether I should expect a delay or could obtain any update - in light of the amount spent on the product and the significance of the item I was quite astonished that customer support would have me chase them on an update instead of proactively communicating that there is a delay - it then took them roughly a week to get back to me…
They then indicated that the order would be shipped in a couple of days…
No update for over a week…
Finally „ready to be shipped“ then 10 days later [12 weeks after ordering] - with a lead time of 20/30 days for special-European countries - putting estimated delivery out to 16-18 weeks [?!?!?!] from order.. 3x indicated lead time [?!?!?!?!]
For further inconvenience, the shipping company/service chosen from AP did not provide any tracking and indicated that one should be informed at least 24h before delivery - which would mean one would have to find a third party company that would carry the item from the doorstep into the apartment, within 24h, as it was not an option for neither AP nor the shipping company to deliver this service or at least advise on/cooperate with another service provider…
At this point I am wondering if this whole experience is meant as a joke as I am not sure I have ever encountered more impracticalities, inconvenience or rudeness in any furniture ordering. To date, there was no apology or discount offered from AP, not even a recognition of the poor customer experience which I found quite inappropriate in light of the magnitude/cost point of the item purchased. The least I would have offered in light of this hideous experience would be to arrangiert the in-apartment delivery on AP end as an apology.
I understand that delivering outside the EU (such as to the UK) may come with additional challenges. However, I believe these challenges should be thoroughly assessed and managed by AP before entering this market, rather than becoming the customers' burden in the form of endless delays to the (apparently completely unrealistic) advertised lead times or difficulties with home delivery. While I am still again waiting for yet another response from the customer service I think it’s safe to say that I am seriously not looking forward to the sofa to arrive, as the magnitude of headache it has caused is beyond any proportion and I certainly would have never ordered with AP if the lead times would have been honest…

Online scam?

I purchased a Cassina rug worth around 2000 euros twice, and both orders arrived on time. However, for the second purchase I requested a return on the same day because the rug did not look like what was shown in the picture at all. Although customer support was initially responsive upon purchasing, they never replied regarding the return.

According to their website, I need to contact them or manage the return from my account, but my account page does not display the product's status.

I am concerned that this company might be an online scam, as their practices violate consumer return policy laws.

Trying to get a replacement product

We ordered a bathroom picture light from Archiproducts which turned up bent. I sent an initial email on the 31st January (with photos attached on the 3rd February).

They replied on the 4th to say that the problem was that it had been damaged during shipment and if I could sent photos of the box and why I didn't inform the courier. There were no issues with the box when it had arrived and I sent the photos to prove this on the 7th February. I have now chased multiple times, but have had no response, all I want is a replacement for the light. My builders are leaving soon and I need the light fitted asap, but there seems to be no communication from them.

Update as of 10th March: We have now received a replacement product from the company, have yet to install to see if it works ok

Fast and very helpful and friendly support

There were some delay issues with a product I ordered, because the producers was out of stock. I got a reply within lese than 24 hours and was informed about the circumstances. The lady from the support team was super helpful and took her time to invest the issue and offered several solutions. She even searched for an alternative similar item that would have been available with short shipping time. Great overall support.

Poor service

I placed an order in mid October and was advised the goods would arrive between 20-25th November. Nothing arrived. The Tracking simply showed the goods were in stock. Contact eventually acknowledged there was damage to packaging but no clue as to when my goods will be delivered. Unacceptable. Total lack of professionalism. Would not recommend

Legitimate, fast, and very responsive

This company sells the most beautiful products at the best price available. Shipping was quick, and the company was very communicative with tracking information, and all other necessary information in case anything went wrong. Through no fault of the company, the item was damaged in transit, but the company was very responsive, very polite, prompt, and helpful to resolve the issue as soon as possible. All communication in English was excellent. This is the most confidence one could have buying online internationally (Italy to USA), and I would buy from them again!

Good collection of products and great…

Good collection of products and great price. Delivery takes longer time than expected but acceptable. A part is wrongly delivered by the brand, and the customer service is really helpful anf solved the issue quickly. Not sure is Claudia a real person but she does her job well.

Great customer support

I’ve purchased from this company many many times over the past few years. I’d recommend this company to anyone who is looking for something special, as they’ve got plenty of selections not easily found elsewhere. I was especially impressed by the timely manner they resolved the issue of a defected item I recently received. I must say I was surprised to find some negatives reviews from others that I just read here! I only speak from my personal experiences and sincerely wish their issues have finally been resolved by now.

Don't buy from this 'company' it looks like a SCAM

I have ordered a ceramic shower tray and at the point of payment after entering all my card details a message flashed up saying that the transaction had not been completed and that I had re-submit my order. At the same time as this message I checked my bank account and Archiproducts had already taken the money. I sent an email to explain that I needed a receipt and order refererence as is normal procedure with legitimate companies/businesses. As I heard nothing back I tried to contact Archiproducts through their advertised telephone number and Live Chat (which does not seem to exist in any shape or form). Nobody answers the phone (line constantly busy). I am extremely concerned as this is now looking very much like an online SCAM.
