If you consider this spending for food, you should not be here reviewing lol. As a place that basically gives you the spot on amount of poison you pay for , I see no issue.

I don’t usually like to complain, but my experience at Arby’s wasn’t great. The food was kinda cold and the sandwich didn’t have much flavor. I didn’t really feel like I was getting my money’s worth. The service was alright, but it wasn’t the best either. I might try it again, but not anytime soon.

approx 2 months ago, my arby's app stopped accepting login...giving "We apologize, our system is unavailable at the moment. We are working hard to resolve. Please check back shortly." I have called weekly, spoken to nice ppl, who can see my history of calls and refer me to app support. App support never responds. 2 months of not being able to order food from Arby's through the app.

Mt Pleasant Iowa. Service sucks. Chair in front of the drive thru so had to go in. Stood in front of counter for 3 minutes and nobody in sight. Guy finally walked out and watched another person come walking up and serves him first. When he was done I asked him why he didn't serve me first and his first response was I don't have to serve you at all if you aren't happy with the way I am working. I suggested maybe you should ask who's next and he started making excuses for his poor behavior saying he cut his hand. I personally don't want to purchase food from someone preparing it with bloody fingers and told him so, and he refused to take my order and walked away.. The employee needs reprimanded for the way he interacted with me.

Kinda Disappointed

I don’t usually like to complain, but my experience at Arby’s wasn’t great. The food was kinda cold and the sandwich didn’t have much flavor. I didn’t really feel like I was getting my money’s worth. Arby’s Ain’t It

Prices went up, portions got smaller, and the food’s always lukewarm. Roast beef is dry, fries are hit or miss, and the service is slow. Used to be decent, now it’s just not worth it.

Roast beef dry as cardboard

Roast beef dry as cardboard, barely any meat on the sandwich, and the bun straight up stale. Paid extra for sauce, didn’t get it. Service slow as hell, and the workers act like they don’t even wanna be there. Used to love Arby’s, but this ain’t it. Never coming back.

Tech Support for App are afk....for 2 months!

What happened to customer service

I enjoy there food and have been a regular customer for years but I do have to say that customer service seems to be non-existent anymore. What happened to the customer is always right. Not here on Denver everyone is sooooo ride.hrw

child pred defenders!!!

Arby's Weatherford would rather defend a child predator employee than help catch him. put a trespass against the ones trying to catch the predator. watch the video on youtube (jidion) and see for yourself how they bully the catchers and are more angered by their genuine attempt to help society than the literal 40-something year old begging and attempting to *** with a 13-year old. especially the manager. disgusting woman

Green beef

I don’t go there often, but now I will never go back. They served me green / gray looking roast beef!! I took a bite and thought something was weird, my granddaughter said why is it green??? We walked out ( I didn’t want to make a scene infront of her) I will never go back

Worst take out food I've ever had ☹️

I haven't been to Arby's for years. I received 2 gift cards for Christmas 2 years ago decided to use them. I purchased a chicken sandwich with fries and chicken strips. To be honest the fries weren't fit to eat they were all dried up. The chicken strips were the worst I've ever eaten. I'm glad the gift cards are now used because I'll never eat there again. The service is the only thing I can give 5 stars for. The location was Arby's Scalp Ave. Johnstown PA

I asked for ONE thing only

I asked for ONE thing only. 2Horsey sauces with the roast beef sandwich. Did I get this NOOOOO I got 2 Ranch sauces. I did get a ranch chicken wrap, which irrelevant because I specifically asked for 2horsey sauces. PITIFUL. You were not even busy

Urbana Illinois location does not offer…

Urbana Illinois location does not offer online or app ordering. Also the app will not allow you to utilize gift cards when paying. Not sure how in todays app culture you expect to survive. Good luck, i spent my gift card in the store and won't be back.

Arby’s like protecting pedos. They had a pedo working for them that wanted to have sex with a kid and they said they didn’t care. So do not bring you’re kids there at all.

Ordered brisket sandwich jalapeno bites and strawberry lemonade. Sandwich was cold and held for two long same for bites, lemonade had syrup at bottom
and was not mixed well. Paid $15.34 for something that
should not be served.

WHAT HAPPENED TODAY?

What happened today? I like to stop by Arby's about once a week because it is close to my work. My tea was unsweet, I ordered sweet. My fries were burned and cold; and my burger.... well I don't know where you are getting those from, but mine tasted like it came from a high school cafeteria! If you are going to charge almost $15.00 for a fast-food lunch....you've GOT to do better than this if you want anyone to come back!!!

Worst Customer Service in Fast Food

Man, has Arby's ever fallen off. They used to be considered the higher end of fast food, no longer, let me tell you.

I placed an order using their app, for the Cedar Bluff location, and this was my experience. There is a grotesque woman who works there, not grotesque for how morbidly obese she is, which I could care less about, but grotesque for her nasty attitude. I placed an online order through the app, and the app told me my order would be ready by 9:52PM. I get there at approximately 10:05PM, go to the drive through, and am told by a woman that I needed to wait. 15 minutes later, I am still waiting by the speaker where people place their orders, so I decided since the app said my food would be ready almost 30 minutes earlier, I would go ahead and just pull around. I finally get to the window, and when the woman asks me what I need, I explain to her I ordered through the app, and just need to pick my food up.

She then begins going off on me, for having the audacity to not sit at that speaker as she demanded, and she literally accused me of "cutting the line", which would have literally been impossible, as I was still in the same line. I showed her that the app told me my food would be ready 30 minutes earlier, and she proceeds to tell me how mine was the 10th extra large order in a row, I ordered 2 sandwiches - 3 fries - and 1 order of cheese sticks, and that there were only two people working, and then she says "but I know you could care less about that" I told her this was on video and that I would be sending it to Arby's Corporate, and she said "Oh good, tell them I said hi"

If her working conditions are so bad, then she should get a different job, however, I believe the reasons that she doesn't are quite obvious. Since it is clear that Arby's is OK with such behavior by their employees, especially at this location, just look at all of the reviews for this location, I won't be back to any Arby's. I ended up throwing that food away and ordering a pizza, when I got home, there is no way I would allow my family to eat food that was prepared by someone like her.
