Great company lack people that really…

Great company lack people that really know how to manage.and very very under paid I work for this company for almost a year. Now. I moved up pretty fast in it. But what I have learned is the work and the money doesn't add up they want you to do. Stuff that's not on the contract. And go above and beyond but they refuse to pay you. The benefits are great. Other than that, I don't think I will work for this company for the simple fact that the work does not add up to the money. The money does not add up to the work.
