Disappointing customer service

I placed an order earlier today, I saw on the screen that the order had been made, I got a confirmation email by Klarna for my payment and the amount of money is even stated at my bank account as taken.

Then I receive an email that due to technical issues my order has been cancelled and that I should place a new one.

First of all, this makes one unsure and stressed about wether or not the amount will be returned or one will end up paying twice, and second, this is a big inconvenience because I wanted my medicines tomorrow on Friday but if I place the order now, they will be delivered next week.

Ok, mistakes CAN happen with every company and it is understandable BUT it is completely unacceptable that they do not at least provide some sort of practical sincere apology in a form of discount etc.

When Meds.se (another pharmacy in Sweden) had falsely written about a product being in stock but it wasn't at the end, they apologised and gave me 15% for my next order. It was still disappointing that I wouldn't get the product I had ordered but the apology gift made my negative experience a little more tolerable.

Apotek Hjärtat is not some local tiny pharmacy but a BIG name here and I'm shockingly surprised how bad their service is.

I give two starts instead of one only because they have some products that I like and can't find elsewhere.

Scammers

I just wanted to give them a bad review and I am surprised by the dislikes they got.
Anyways, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen, if your parcel was delayed and you couldn't collect it once it is delivered then they will keep the parcel with them and still you have to pay for it and there is a chance to charge you 150 SEK extra.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

Horrible service

Horrible service. I didn't see this reviews before, only saw it now after I did buy from them and now I understand why all the negative reviews.
They deserve negative 100.
The order was delayed for days without any feedback from them and when I asked them when it will arrive they said it tomorrow and if you don't pick packet on time we will make you pay 150 sek.
So bad service and I get to pay !!!

They should have -10 stars if possible

They should have -10 stars if possible. I made the order and Klarna took my old address of delivery. Since my old address is only 100 m from my actual place of residence I requested CS to change the address with Best. They cancel the shipment instead and charged me 150 kr for that. I have never requested return and i was ready to go 100m to pick it up, but the CS is treting me like an idiot, and they don't want to process tha claim. I spend more than 20k with them in last years, I am switching to Kronans, this is insane how they treat customers.

On June 8th at 19:00 in Uppsala Gränby centrum, I encountered a girl working there who appeared to lack the necessary knowledge and qualifications for the job. I requested Cortymic, but she refused to sell it to me, stating that it requires a prescription. However, the website indicates that it is available over-the-counter.

I hate this pharmacy

I hate this pharmacy, if I could give it minus stars I would. Ordered vitamins and my prescription.. took a long time to send it and then sent it to be picked up 1 hour from my location. When I sent them an email telling them they messed up the pick up location they refused to change it and a week later they sent it back to the pharmacy, to top it all off I still had to pay for my ordered items and Klarna ruled in their favor.. and then I got scolded by my doctor for over using my asthma medication because I had to order it again. Awful service and I stay away from the unpleasant and unhelpful staff

Their customer service is rude, they don’t address problems effectively

This company has a website where they sell medicine online. However, their customer service failed to resolve my issue, and the person in charge was quite rude to me. She didn’t listen and even threatened to end my call, stating that the problem was mine, not theirs. I was shocked by her response. When I insisted on fairness and that she should listen to me, she reluctantly agreed.

The issue involved my prescription, which had a medication marked "med förmån" and "För bytas ut: nej," indicating that I could purchase it with a benefit. She explained that the brand offers the same product under four different stock numbers. The one on my prescription was out of stock, so they sent a different stock number, which wasn't covered under the benefit.

When I asked how they could change my order without my consent, she said they didn’t need permission. In summary, their customer service is rude, they don’t address problems effectively, they threaten to terminate calls, and they change orders without customer approval. Based on this experience, I will not make future purchases from them and would advise others to avoid them as well.

First time I got a product missing (and…

From Apotek Hjärtat online, I got a package with a product missing (and there was a wrong product, too) I buy from online pharmacy almost every month, and very first time it happened in many years. So I had to contact them as to how to process this. Instead of taking care of their own mistake, they only insist that they delivered everything correctly just because the weight of the package is correct. So silly and arrogant the customer service person was. I didn't get the main product I made this order for and it seems that they're making customers pay for their own mistakes.. I will avoid Apotek Hjärtat from now on.

Be careful before ordering!!

Be careful and think twice before ordering online from this pharmacy. They have a weird policy that if you can't receive the delivery, they will so-called "destroy" your goods and fine you with 150 kronor. So you lose your money, don't get any product and have to pay a fine!! plus if you have any prescribed medication, you have to pay full price to get a new one because they already removed it from your prescriptions. The worst pharmacy ever!! They are a scam!!

The checkout pages say that delivery…

The checkout pages say that delivery time is next day and it keeps being postponed day after day. It is not reliable at all and this is a total disrespect for customers who are in need of medicines. Company should not promise short delivery times if it cannot fulfill the orders in time. This is not clothes or toys we are buying.

AWFUL

AWFUL! They said my order was 'attempted to be delivered' twice but I never received a tracking number, or any kind of phone call or notification or knock at my door. And I am home all the time because of corona. When I told the customer service person this and asked for a refund they told me "maybe I should contact the delivery company" even though I have had no contact with them or even a tracking number? And then charged me 150kr out of my order to cancel it. Feels like I've been robbed! There are plenty of other online pharmacies to choose from so save yourself and do not order here.

*also the delivery time when I ordered was 1-3 business days, and this has been over two weeks now, though I know businesses are stressed due to corona

The worst service

The worst service with online orders I’ve ever experienced.
Order should have been delivered home the next day, however more than a week passed, still haven’t received it. All products were in stock when ordering. Customer support doesn’t give any explanation. Last days when calling auto reply says - sorry, we were supposed to close the support earlier than usually (and it’s around 12-00!). Are they trying to avoid responsibility like this?! I ordered medicines, not clothes or so, how can I wait for so long without any reply?! Don’t recommend to anyone to order online from this pharmacy!

Just awful online service - delivery time much longer than stated.

Terrible service with online orders - twice now I've ordered and selected 'deliver to my Apotek' with the stated 3-4 days delivery. On both occasions I had to email them asking where the order was (after waiting 5 days) or for any type of communication. No answers. This past order I received an email completely unrelated to my kundservice query that they were out of some items on the order (after waiting 5 days to even look at it, I guess) and that they would offer me 25% off another item with that coupon expiring in 5 days! Yeah, right! The coupon would expire before they even open the order. I still don't have the order, despite their apologies and telling me that it will 'ship out soon.' What does 'soon' mean to them? Zero stars. Fool me twice, shame on me! Order from apotea.se instead.
