Disappointing customer service
I placed an order earlier today, I saw on the screen that the order had been made, I got a confirmation email by Klarna for my payment and the amount of money is even stated at my bank account as taken.
Then I receive an email that due to technical issues my order has been cancelled and that I should place a new one.
First of all, this makes one unsure and stressed about wether or not the amount will be returned or one will end up paying twice, and second, this is a big inconvenience because I wanted my medicines tomorrow on Friday but if I place the order now, they will be delivered next week.
Ok, mistakes CAN happen with every company and it is understandable BUT it is completely unacceptable that they do not at least provide some sort of practical sincere apology in a form of discount etc.
When Meds.se (another pharmacy in Sweden) had falsely written about a product being in stock but it wasn't at the end, they apologised and gave me 15% for my next order. It was still disappointing that I wouldn't get the product I had ordered but the apology gift made my negative experience a little more tolerable.
Apotek Hjärtat is not some local tiny pharmacy but a BIG name here and I'm shockingly surprised how bad their service is.
I give two starts instead of one only because they have some products that I like and can't find elsewhere.
