Signed up in Dec after which they sent an email titled Your account is activated. It required more information that I missed. They have since sent 30+ marketing emails. Not once did they send a We're not accepting your mail notice. A client asked me for another address as my mail was kicked back. Called their CS and they defended their position that it was all my fault. Terrible company with Sprint like CS.

Increases prices without notice

Responsiveness is sporadic. Sometimes I get things in a timely manner, but there are other times when my mail is a little dated. In addition, there have been times when I requested a scan and it did not happen without a follow-up call.

Serious delay in Mailbox delivery authorization because of international service provider... Was much easier in person at local mail box provider... I did not receive credits for time list
Best thing about Mailbox Etc is the price.

Ultimately the product was nearly useless. The Address does not allow google business verification.

Paid for a service for 2 years and did not have the service
I decided to set up an Anytime Mailbox for my business, as I didn't want my home address on documentation. I got an email to ask for me to send some documentation to verify my business. Either I didn't do that - which is possible - or it never got processed, but I just found out that I had been charged for 2 years of not having a mailbox. Then was told that it was just cancelled yesterday, when I went to ask about this - that's just not possible. And then, when I said that they should refund me, they gave me the same message over and over that they are a subscription service and you will be charged while you are waiting to be verified - but they sent ONE email in TWO years to say that I needed to submit something to be verified. They never doubled back to let me know that the paperwork was still needed, so I did not have a mailbox - they just took my money every month. This is absolutely ridiculous.
They gave me a phone number to call the mailbox service to try to get a refund for all of this - so they take the money, but cannot give you a refund?

A DAY after that, I get a phone call and another email saying basically the same thing.
So, let's just get this straight - they took my money for two years knowing that I had not sent the verfication email in, so I did not have the PO box I thought I did. Then, when I ask to cancel, I suddenly get THREE contacts in less than a day saying that they can help me get the required form in - and that they "say that I was considering cancelling."
How about they follow up with you when they don't get the verification document in the first month? And don't take your money until you send it in?
Had I been reminded that I needed to get the form in, I would have gotten the form in. As it was, there was one email saying they needed the form, and nothing after that.
I hope someone contacts me from this review, because this has really not been the best service experience.
