Anytime Mailbox is a new discovery for me. Any time I needed assistance so far, the service has been INCREDIBLE. I love excellent service and these days, seems like its rare. Anytime Mailbox makes receiving mail very easy. Sign-up was simple and my whole whole experience with the company has been great so far. I would recommend Anytime Mailbox if your thinking about signing up for a virtual mailbox.
Anytime Mailbox is a scam. Do not give them your credit card information. Their email address help-at-anytimemailbox.com bounces emails back. Their Mexico location is not reachable. The mail gets returned. You cannot get customer support. You end up having to cancel your credit card to make sure that Anytime doesn't keep billing you. They should be SHUTDOWN.
Great place! They make the process simple. Very capable folks. In a world of complications, a pleasure to find something straightforward & thorough. One stop shop. If you are looking for a fine mail service with a great extra feature this is a good one.

Absolutely horrible service. I spent multiple days trying to get my mailbox set up to no avail. I went to Traveling Mailbox to get a mailbox set up at the SAME location and was able to get it done immediately. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Anytime Mailbox is a software provider for many operators throughout the world to process your incoming mail and make it available digitally.
Unfortunately the customer experience depends almost entirely on the specific operator who handles your mail.
The customer support team of Anytime Mailbox themselves is like an insurance company. They will do everything to dismiss your concerns, mostly delegating to the operator. So when you have a disagreement with the operator (eg they are billing you incorrectly) and the operator does not want to deal with it, you cannot turn to Anytime Mailbox for help.
This creates an unbalanced incentive for the operator to continue operating dishonestly because you have no recourse against them (other than using your own lawyer if you have one).
In addition to this improper management of their brand, Anytime Mailbox's software is very primitive and lacking of basic functionality. For example, it is not possible to download all the mail items in your inbox. Why not?
It is also not possible to see a log/list of requests you have sent to the operator in case of litigation.
You also cannot see the messages/comments you wrote to the operator so if they don't read your instructions, you have no way to prove that you actually requested something different to what they did.
All in all, Anytime Mailbox has cheap prices but once you start receiving email at one of their locations and you are locked in, you better not encounter any issues or you will hate yourself for having opened an account there in the first place.
After a year of issues, wrong billing and dozens of emails, I never got my money back and moved to another service.
I absolutely recommend you AVOID the Express Copy & More operator at 1043 Garland Ave, San Jose, CA

I used ipostal for over a year and they had very good customer service. When I moved to a new city, I decided to go with anytime Mailbox since they were closer to where I live. It took them over a month to complete my document because they had forgotten about me. After several phone calls to let them know that my document need to be reinstated, finally I spoke to one who was able to find the completed and approved doc and I was able to receive mails. They charged me for the month that I did not use. And I was told that the charges were for them to hold the mailbox for me. I never heard a company says we charge for reservation specially when they are having you go through verification. I am stopping this service and go back to ipostal.

1. I had bad experience because wehn I used a simpleLogin email I was flagged as a fraud. So I had to redo everything with a normal email, then 2 payments appeared in my bank... Fortunaltey only one was processed.
2. I receive marketing about anytime but I dont care, I'm a client of "Montreal Cowork", your client. Why I receive email from their technical provider anytime mailbox... It is confusing and not necessary. Now I unsuscribed from Anytime Mailbox for the spam, will I receive emails when my real enveloppes arrive at my coworking place? It's fracking confusing.
