Amateur company

My experience with this company was terrible. The customer service is very poor. I ordered something on Saturday and selected next day delivery thinking that the latest it would be sent out would be the Monday but 3 days later it’s not sent out so I won’t have it in time for the occasion I wanted it for. Cancelled the order and won’t be buying from this amateur company again. So frustrating because if they had said that at time of order I would have bought something else but now it is too late. So annoying.

I'm doing the annoushka thing where you…

I'm doing the annoushka thing where you buy something on annoushka and then you make profit or something everyday and the first I got my profit like sayd but the second I didn't get it. I haven't tryd to withdraw anything yet so don't know if I'll get my money as said. To contact my manager on the app also doesn't work. It gives me an error so I'll only give 2 stars until things get better and when I getmy money also as said.

Thank you for your reply. How can I contact you privately to help you with all the details of this scheme please? So we can warn people about this. I'll give 5 starts because you came back and helped me.

No follow up on enquiry

Last week, I telephoned to make an enquiry on evil eye necklace. I spoke to Clare, left my details and it's been over a week and no reply. I was told that I will hear from them in 1 week. Disappointed as I don't won't to chase them up.

Update on my customer experience with Claire-Mitchell. After posting a disappointing review, I can honestly have to upgrade my experience from 1 star to 5 star . Claire-Mitchell went above expectation and was very professional to answer all my queries and promptly replied to my emails.

Fantastic customer service

I now have a few Annoushka pieces and I love them all. I had a recent issue with a set of earrings and Claire-Michell from customer services responded extremely promptly and went above and beyond to deal with my concerns. Within a few days the issue was rectified and I am beyond impressed with this company’s level of customer service as well as their beautiful jewellery. Many thanks.

Fantastic customer service

A chain I ordered a few months ago unfortunately broke. I contacted Annoushka customer service and got a reply the same day, They organised for the chain to be collected the same day and they replaced it within the next 2 weeks.
Shame the chain broke only within a few months, especially because it wasn't cheap but I cannot fault the customer service. Special thank you to Sanaz from Annoushka, she was great and kept me informed at every step of the process.

Unwearable earrings

I have quite a few pieces from Annoushka because I love their designs but I got some earrings with a hook for a pendant which are super uncomfortable so I tried to get help in the shop and the sales assistant told me I was wrong so I contacted customer service who could see that the hook restricts the space for your ear lobe but told me that was not a problem for wearability - it is! It’s extremely uncomfortable and leaves marks on your ears, I can’t wear them very long at all before I want to take them off. The post just isn’t long enough to accommodate the hook and your ear love. They did offer to change the post but at my cost. I am pretty gutted as they were very expensive.

Not a great experience at all with a…

Not a great experience at all with a repair. The little flower pendant came off the chain. I took it into Liberty and left for a repair explaining that flower had literally come off the chain in my hand. When I went back to collect it I was told there was nothing wrong with with it and that they’d just given it a clean….. that was it I couldn’t take it any further or discuss with the repair team…. I’m now too worried to wear it in case in drops off and I loose it!

Was really impressed with their designs…

Was really impressed with their designs however it is so unfortunate that their pieces are only good to look at and not functional at all. Wish I had read the countless negative reviews before investing in the brand. I have bought a couple of pieces after reading that the pieces were meant to last/"enjoyed" in their own words but that could not be further from the truth. The work is done poorly, to say the least, especially for the high price they already charge and because of this they make you pay endlessly for repairs. Their pieces should not be called "high end" "designer" because of the terrible craftsmanship. If you google "annoushka", one of the top autofills says "repairs" meaning this happens all the time to customers. Would not recommend to anybody, instead go to brands that actually prioritize their customers, offer replacement if clients have negative experiences and have pieces that can actually be worn and don't need costly repairs.

I would give them a 0 if this was…

I would give them a 0 if this was possible. I have had a few items over the years - in one a bracelet broke constantly. The most recent disappointment is a charm (costing more than £5000) which just comes loose ie the clasp is not fit for purpose. Absolutely terrible products

I was unsure what sort of gift to buy…

I was unsure what sort of gift to buy my wife during our latest UK lockdown as I usually purchase in store. I was recommended Annoushka by a colleague and browsed their site. I was able to interact with sale associates from their team (working from home whilst stores were closed) and they were able to make recommendations to me of products they thought my wife would like. I made my purchase which arrived the next working day and my wife is delighted! I'm very happy with the service provided- its the best 'digital' shopping experience I've had with a high end retailer so far.
Will definitely shop again.

In November

In November I bought a bracelet from Annushka, which was made absolutely not thoughtfully; it constantly clung to clothes, and as a result, after 2 months, the clasp of the bracelet opened itself and the bracelet was lost. I threw out the money, I was very disappointed.

Excellent customer service and beyond…

Excellent customer service and beyond expectations
Annoushka not only provide beautiful jewelleries but has excellent customer service.
I had an issue with a faulty earring that i lost and they were very understanding and quick to reply to offer replacement.
The staff at the liberty (george) was very kind and patient.during lockdown they were responding.
I was vey happy and happily surprised by their quick and efficient response.
