Incredibly hard to cancel... if you're not lucky.

You pay around $1 for your first bag of coffee. Everything after that? $29! JUST FOR COFFEE. Sure, if it was actually good! The coffee tastes almost equivalent to what I can get at my local grocery store. Not worth it. Also not worth those random emails trying to coax you to re-sign up after you unsubscribe.

Now, I have this scummy company attempting to charge my card for three days straight. The problem? I can't even cancel my subscription! Their website is so broken that when you attempt to log in with your "temporary password" after resetting it, it STILL doesn't work! Not only that, the temporary password takes 3-5 minutes to arrive in your email. A far cry from the instant ones you usually get on literally any other site...

Delicious coffee, great deals!

Delicious coffee. Rich, strong and fragrant. Have tried several varieties and loved them all. Got an awesome deal on my first several orders. Going back for the coffee and the deal on the price. Highly recommend if you're a coffee lover!

I'm pretty sure this is a scam website

I'm pretty sure this is a scam website, you pay $2 for a couple bags of coffee as the beginning of your subscription but they don't allow you to create an account or cancel it without going through a bunch of nonsense like being passed back and forth over the phone for 20 minutes, on and off of hold all to be told you account was cancelled with your knowledge...
I had wrote an email explaining how if I can't create an online account to manage my preferences and shipment dates I would like to cancel.
When I called, a lady I spoke with told me there was problems with their online servers, that's and why I couldn't access my account

... So I waited and called back a couple days later, only to be told my account was cancelled, without sending me an email or notifying me first! How would I have known? I'm pretty sure this is a charge scam, it seems silly because it's only a $2 charge but the second charge is around $40 which isn't bad for good coffee, but I don't see this as that.

The two women I spoke with were pretty suspicious and sounded like they were reading from a bad script.
