Just happened to be passing and the yellow clearance stickers caught my eye. A Sales Assistant gave me time to browse before asking if I needed any help or information. She was great, not pushy, provided lots of information and great sales skills as I ended up buying a much needed quality bed. Very pleased with the experience

We went into store wanting to purchase a couch and take a look at mattress. We ended up purchasing both on the day as the prices were good and Karl provided options including additional extras some of which we got and others we passed on.
The delivery and installation of the furniture. The furniture is really great. It is so comfortable and exactly as remembered from the showroom. Very pleased with it. The store salesperson was very attentive and helpful, showing all options and making the complete purchase easy, pleasant and satisfying. She was adaptable too as I was waiting on an insurance company, which threw curve balls but J was amazing.
The whole process from purchase to delivery was made so easy snd simple. The staff at the store were very friendly and helpful; communication via text and email was effectively quick and delivery was easy to arrange and prompt. The drivers were friendly, helpful and efficient. I also loved the tracking app which allowed me to make the best sure of my time whilst still being able to be at home in time for the delivery.

Staff were friendly and super helpful, but the manager sold our lounges to another customer after agreeing to store them if we bought some more items - which we did. Resulting in two separate deliveries and a delay in getting our order.

Never buy anything from Amart. They lie about the quality guarantee and all good quality sofas. We bought 2 sofas from them. The store person confirmed the sofa seats won’t sink or the fabric won’t be stretched. But it’s not even 6 months of using these sofas they are all ruined. The fabric has stretched too much it looks disgusting to see. They replied saying it’s not a manufacturing issue so they can’t do anything about it. Please do not buy anything from this so called good shop, they really are good for nothing. They don’t care about their products or their clients, but only about money.

We had an issue with a mark on the lounge when it was unpacked.
This was promptly resolved by the team at Amart.

I waited while day for delivery and got delivered at night after 7.30pm. I explained in very detail that it is not easy to work from home and then getting delivery at night. If I was told about the delivery time, I would have worked from office.
