We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our platform did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your account, we noted that you used the Sellvia Ads service for a total of two days. It’s important to mention that ad campaigns typically require more time to optimize and generate meaningful results. Promotional platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok often need several days to properly target the right audience and build momentum.

While we would have recommended continuing the campaign for at least seven days to maximize its potential, we understand that you've since canceled your account. In many cases, sellers see a significant return after that initial optimization period, and we regret that we didn't have the opportunity to help you reach that point.

Regarding the express checkout functionality in the Sellvia Dashboard, this was introduced in response to customer requests for a faster, more efficient way to access services. Buttons like "Get Package" and "Buy Now" are designed to make purchasing straightforward and convenient. We understand this may not have been your preferred experience, and we appreciate your perspective.

As for account withdrawals, we’d like to clarify that it is indeed possible to withdraw funds during the 14-day trial period, as long as your account balance exceeds the $100 withdrawal threshold. This policy helps minimize risk while also providing a ready-to-use solution through Sellvia Payments, removing the need to create and integrate a third-party payment processor manually.

According to our records, your total ad spend was $60, and the total revenue generated from those ads was $147.37. This results in a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 246%, which is a strong performance and indicates that your ads were effective in driving sales.

It’s important to note that the ROAS calculation reflects the relationship between your ad spend and the revenue generated from those ads. Platform fees are not included in ROAS, as they are essential for maintaining the tools, support, infrastructure, and reliability of the Sellvia platform. These fees allow us to offer an all-in-one solution that many of our users rely on to operate their stores efficiently.

That said, we understand the importance of profitability. We’re currently working on a feature that will allow you to manage the pricing of promoted products — giving you more control over your profit margins and allowing for greater flexibility in setting your prices.

Additionally, if our fee structure does not meet your needs, you are free to use your own payment gateway and run your own advertising campaigns independently. Our platform is designed to be flexible, and we want to support our users in finding the best setup that works for them.
