Good coach, easy pick up.. (did not use feeder which can be bad, last time luggage was at Bowburn waiting for feeder pick up and was soaked through, suggested awning and grating off ground and last time with Alpha was not Alpha coach or driver) this driver good ( possibly talked too much but very informative).
Holiday Inn really good, food, room, staff.
3 trips very good and traffic problems could be expected in London area
great hotel and staff and food. Spoilt by hired coach had faulty air conditioning, feeder coach numbers unavailable until after luggage was loaded for departure. The day out to Brighton was a bad experience, coach had to drop off well away from the centre. Town itself had no signage (toilets beach etc) aand seafront drab and scruffy with no free seating.
Trip to fort william Scotland, Took to long to reach destination, 4 days travelling could have been shorter,loch ness stay should have been longer!, understand longer trip but to much messing about should be picked up early,630 not 830,left Tamworth at 11,no need fir overnight stop

Coach seats a bit thin, felt Road bumps
Hotel was a bit less comfortable than expected, bed was quite a harder than
anticipated. Marks on furniture, stains on carpets.
Hotel staff are lovely. Took care of us.

The holiday itself was wonderful the hotel and staff great the only draw back was the time it took to get there and back 9hours going 10 hours home Weymouth is only 3 hours away from Northampton by car overall didn't enjoy the travelling can't fault the holiday if I use you again is there a way I can just go to the changeover pick-up without having To go round the houses

the trips were good. aspect from the hotel was wonderful as was my room. no elecric shaver point in bathroom, despite it looking as if its new; the coach seats were most uncomfortable. information about the trip places was very poor. just the time were had.

Hotel and staff were wonderful. Coach was comfortable. The downside was that the feeder was an hour late and the main driver was not sure if some destinations. Better communication is needed.

Had a really lovely holiday. The driver was good, nice hotel and food. Enjoyed the outings. Couldn't ask for better service or more friendly and helpful staff. Hotel room was spotless as were the public areas. Food was lovely and plenty of choice. Will definitely travel with Alfa again.

A brilliant driver Pete really made the holiday for us. Hotel had friendly staff and on reception most helpful. Clean room with nice view. Trips were good too.

Journey was good. Driver was excellent. Hotel room was very comfortable, food good as usual and good choices. The hotel manager was very helpful and always polite. On the whole a very good holiday.

Driver great hotel great severs eager to serve main whilst still eating starter.
Beer garden could do with more comfortable seating and maybe a ramp rather than stairs as some couldn't manage stairs. Lunch would have been lucrative I think many went over yo another hotel.
Packed lunch for journey home was a waste of time many were wrong and missing items

Staff in the hotel would not help me I was told the rooms had been allocated and it was the only room they had it was up 3 flights of stairs i have C O P D i struggle breathing

Very nice hotel comfortable and spotlessly clean but not being able to walk far no where in the vicinity to walk to also it would be nice if you could get sandwiches from the bar at lunch time when you decide to stay in the hotel

MELROSE with driver Russell Ward.
We were going up from Reading and our driver made sure we had plenty of comfort stops.
Our hotel, Waverley Castell hotel is located in beautiful settings and is a 15/20 walk into Melrose itself or a 15/20 minute walk to the station. It has some fantastic walks nearby. Both the food and staff wonderful and the evening entertainment was to a high standard.
On our days out our driver gave us some interesting information about the places we were visiting and helped us decide what we would like to do and where to locate the bathrooms.
There is nothing to fault and so much so I’ve booked for next year too!
