Lee was a great safe driver even though it was a long journey both ways. Hotel was ok but could do with freshening up and not 4 star. Food and the service was a bit hit and miss, but breakfast was lovely. Trips included were on the whole good, but Hadrian's wall/Chester fort was disappointing - just a big field and a rather unimpressive short piece of wall . Met some lovely fellow travellers.
Sadly, we were kicked out of seats 1 & 2 to seats 23 & 24 without any warning - a telephone call would have been much appreciated to explain the situation.
Everything ran smoothly with a timely arrival at our destination. Driver was very pleasant and did a great job. Hotel staff were marvellous as was the hotel, even the weather was on good behaviour. The trips out were really good with the right amount of time at each place. Altogether a fab holiday, thank you.
Travel was good. Interchange excellent. I am gluten free was looked after in the dining room and had no problems. I am also a diabetic my phone sensor app disappeared I contacted 111 who said an ambulance may be required. I went to see the night porter to tell him. I told him the problem he said let me have a look at your phone. He found the app had disappeared pressed a few buttons and got the app on my phone. I did not get his name but he deserves a big thanks from me. The only downside to the holiday was the room G2 the window had no lock. I went outside and was able to raise the window. I was told that the window could only be opened a short distance. For peace of mind to the occupant a small catch is required. I know it is a listed building but I did not feel comfortable during the rest of my stay

I Travelled to Weymouth last week and thought the trip was great The Hotel, food and entertainment was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Dominic the driver and Ella the receptionisty

Excellent holiday. Brilliant Hotel, staff, food and driver, all couldn't be faulted.
Only downside was the coach. We booked seats 23 & 24 so I could have leg room when travelling so my right leg is on the outside only to find Alfa had used another company's coach and the seats were on the other side. Quite a long way from Lancashire to the Isle Of Wight.
Minor problem but didn't spoli a brilliant holiday. Will not be happy if the next three we have booked are the same though!!!

This was my first time with this sort of holiday and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was much better than I was expecting. All the travel went smoothly, the hotel was lovely and so were all the staff involved.
I will certainly be traveling with Alfa again very soon.

Everything was really good from getting picked up, taken to the interchange, our journey to our destination, the hotel, the tours & our journey home.
