I am not able to give a negative review otherwise i could have done it , they are thugs and charged our card immediately when we sign up BUT WAIT.. your account takes months and days to activate

they need all silly information that i never heard of !! They demand our driving license and address proof for a damm affiliate program !

Dont waste your time here , instead go for Amazon affiliate, they opened my account in 5 min and activate it within second

I represented a company which was an advertiser on their network. Here are the facts of our experience:
- Large joining fee (£000s)
- Not insignificant monthly 'admin fee'
- Impossible to
get out - 6 months notice period (that >£300 admin fee keeps being paid!)
- Very low activation from sign ups
- Identified many fraudulent sign ups
- Asked for refund for these at which point:
- We were asked to investigate and provide more info (more time and resources from our tech team)
- Then told no refund due even though both parties agreed the SUs were fraudulent and sent back to a small line in the contract saying it was our responsibility not theirs.

I strongly recommend you do not use Affiliate Window - please let our mistake save you time, money and frustration.

I used to be an affiliate back when it was Affiliate Window. It was a fairly reliable network, although the results were never great. I've recently gotten back into the affiliate industry with a new site. I went to sign back in, and now they practically want my DNA! There are far better networks IMO for both affiliates and advertisers. They move at a snail's pace, too, which doesn't fill me with confidence as to how effective they would be at handling any issues that arise.

Used to the be gold standard, now it's really poor.

Payments are very slow in comparison to Rakuten, Webgains, skimlinks etc. and the approval rate for commissions is lower than every other network we're with, possibly due to abuse by retailers (declining transactions manually without recourse.) Awin is advertiser centric, publishers are an after thought.

Cannot thank the team at AWIN enough for 10% revenue growth

Cannot thank the team at AWIN enough. We make use of their new AWIN access account where we self-manage our account and in return we pay slightly fewer fees, allowing us to test affiliate marketing, cost-effectively. Michelle and her team have been a big help. I would recommend any e-commerce business to try the service as traffic is expensive and this provides a minimum of 10% revenue on to our site per month which I’m hoping to double that in the next 4 weeks.

They made me pay their fee in advance…

They made me pay their fee in advance to verify my account and then rejected my application. I have never seen my fee back on my bank account. They wrote I should contact my bank as they transferred the sum, which obviously is a lie. It's a scam.

Unfortunate to have dealt with this …

Unfortunate to have dealt with this company for over 4 years as a company I partner with use them for ease of paying commissions.

They are an absolute joke of an organisation- between stalling payments and tkaing weeks and weeks to answer basic questions.

Potential scam company - beware!

This is the first review I have ever written on a company review site as I think it only fair that other advertisers are aware of this company.

I started promoting certain offers through them and one particular offer was generating c.£300 per day.

The first few weeks I got paid out £2,500 however I have now built up over £10,000 in commission and they are not paying it and keep blaming it on the publisher. I have spoken with at least 4 agents via live chat over the last few weeks and they are all saying the same thing.

I am now in negative funds as I have had to spend money to promote these offers and affiliate window just keep saying it's not their fault.

I wish I would have read the other reviews here before advertising for this particular company through affiliate window as it seems others are having similar problems with them.

It is going to our solicitors now so hopefully will get some kind of progress to being paid out.

I will post more about the company that is not paying out once I have more information from our legal team and the 'ok'.

You can earn good money but you will not get it!!!!

I really thought Affiliate window seemed genuine until it was time to pay out,no help from the support staff, just got fobbed off each time i enquired,it would seem if you earn to much that they are reluctant to pay out, they simply use excuses such as "fraudulent transaction" and really make you feel you have done something wrong they demand you provide who has clicked through on your links(impossible!) To verify transactions, their are better people to work with.
