Update: ABBYY finally looked into the problem and provided excellent support by email.I bought ABBYY FineReader 12 Pro
I bought ABBYY FineReader 12 Pro. After three days of trying, it is impossible to activate it. ABBYY is not responding to emails. They don't have a chat support.
In desperation I downloaded the free trial version so I can use it for seven days. Not working. Cannot activate. Need serial number, which you don't get till you activate!
