I have always had great customer service from this company, and they have a great range of products. Last order - something arrived that was damaged and below usual standards, I contacted Healf to let them know and they sent a replacement product out to me the very next day, special delivery.

I am a new customer to healf and have made TWO orders in the same week! I have subscribed to reorder my supplements as I usually get to the bottom of my pot and have a little freak out about missing days and waiting for a refill! I can hand on heart say that my experience with healf has provided me with the best customer service experience that I have had in a little while! No offense to others but my “handler” Henry Reid helped me so much, once with a specific item that I couldn’t find on their site, a follow up recommended brand with information, and even though I had used a discount code, he very kindly offered another code as my orders were days apart…like… anyone else would have said no, and I would have understood! Thank you Henry! Thank you Healf Lovely to have a British organisation with a super fast delivery, previously I have made my orders from the states which is 1. Slow and 2. Not too climate friendly. The cost is reasonable in comparison to other sites and after taking the supplements, these are not fake supplements which has been my personal experience from an online rainforest supplier! I have ordered a bit of a pricy bone broth powder by ancient health, but looking at the full organic ingredient list - it looks worthwhile as other “organic” products have non organic items in the ingredients, so I was happy to pay a little more for this particular item. Happy customer! I have subscribed, keep it up healf!
