Horrible customer service, received a pair of shoes they were too tight reached out after about 3 days I received a reply that I could return these shoes for a refund, never in the email did it clear did it State there would be a restocking fee and I received two emails for them with the procedure, this company is a rip-off shady business practices

I visited your Beaver Dam, Wi store this morning and was extremely impressed with gals working there. They were very helpful in taking care of my requests.
