PAX Labs – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I am frustrated with the device It shows fully charged but i can only do 2 sessions with it and it’s so annoying. Edit: I have Contacted with PAX company after weeks They told me i got replacement Thanks for the company.

I love pax and have owned a pax 2 2x pax 3 and have just bought a pax plus. I love the pax products they have been a game changer for me and my health. They last a long time and are very resilient, my only concern I might raise is that the rubber around the operating button degrades after a few years. Consequently the button becomes difficult to operate eventually and my otherwise functional pax vape is eventually rendered useless. The pax plus notably exhibits a more consistent vape at lower temperatures- avoiding the unit becoming overheated

I have recently contacted PAX Support Team as my PAX 3, purchased in November 2017, began to malfunction (issues with charging and switching on/off). The Support Team was polite, prompt and, above all, helpful. After a brief exchange of emails, my case has been quickly dealt with. To top everything up and to my pleasant surprise, as a replacement I was sent PAX Plus which is the newer model. PAX not only does one of the best conductive vaporisers but, as described above, is very good on honouring their 10-year warranty. Thank you!

Via Vaposhop besteld, hun klantenservice en van derde is belabberd. Maar zodra ik contact opnam met PaxLabs support UK (Ik kom uit NL) werd het binnen dagen opgelost. De aan en uit knop van mijn Pax3 werkte niet meer na een jaar, had een filmpje van het defect gemaakt en gemaild met de details en serienummer. Krijg nu gewoon gratis een nieuwe opgestuurd! Oude hoefde niet eens retour! Producten zijn ook top! Accessories wel duur. Maar ja, quality costs..

The pax 3 is a well engineered piece with some downsides 1 you have to have location on all the time on your phone when you use the app 2 you can't take it into direct sunlight, so no vaping outside in the day 3 you can't open the oven when its hot 4 you can't charge it when its hot Great warranty though
