AVOID AT ALL COST!! Ordered a heated throw via amazon from this bunch of cowboys, after the delivery date came and went I contacted them through amazon to only get a stock reply that it was nothing to do with them and to contact amazon's couriers, and that they couldn't provide tracking. I know its an auto generated reply as I tried again a day or so later and within 5 mins outside working g hours the same reply came back, word for word. I thankfully have amazon on the case and a refund will be provided, but seriously avoid this lot or there will be a huge amount of chasing with probably no resolution. Worst online company I've ever dealt with, bordering on scammers.!!

Surprise surprise I join many others that have not received a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I have my returns as proof of return so will go to my bank for chargeback. Should be shut down . shameful company
