The quality of their clothing is disappointing. While the illustrations are nice, they’re just printed on cheap t-shirts, which makes them not worth the price. I also tried their stickers, but they turned out to be low-quality prints as well. The most frustrating part is their misleading return policy. They offer "free returns" as a paid option at checkout, but it only covers shipping. During the holiday period, returns are non-refundable—you can only get store credit or an exchange, which isn’t made clear upfront. I’ve emailed their customer support to request a refund since I don’t plan to purchase from them again. I hope they respond with a fair solution.
