Since this was my 15 year anniversary 'upgrade' ring I researched what I wanted for months and can't tell you how many times I reached out to their chat support with questions. I probably talked to everyone in their customer service team and I never once felt like I was being a burden. They offered advice and knowledge without ever being pushy or rushing my decision. After placing my order I had a last minute change with the the diamond I wanted and they made the change for me even though the ring was already in production. Shipping happened exacely on the estimated date and the packaging was so presentable. Once I opened the ring box i was blown away.
