This is an outstanding company. The staff are excellent, polite, professional and a credit to the company. They are paid well and the company has not opted to use crews from port countries in order to pay less and reduce working conditions. Despite having a monopoly on board prices are very reasonable. The quality of the food is excellent. Over the years new ships have added new and innovative services. As a regular user to Spain I am very grateful that my journies are taken with what I believe to be the best Ferry Company in Europe.

Thanks Ruby for helping me to amend a small detail on my booking. She was polite, helpful and very friendly. The only thing that prevented this from being five stars is I did have a very long wait on hold. However, all's well that ends well.
