Don't bother with this company, I wish I'd read the reviews before buying. Ordered 2 lamps, both turned up damaged. One was missing all the packaging and obviously an item someone had already returned. I've contacted customer service and had no reply, just like all the others. Now I'll just wait for their generic response below that they give to all their unhappy customers. Make sure you use a credit card or PayPal with these guys so you can your money back, as otherwise you won't have a chance

Shocking customer service, nightmare to return damaged goods still no refund despite being returned two weeks ago

Ordered a light which arrived within 48 hours of ordering it. Unfortunately it was broken. Customer services responded immediately to my email. Sent an apology and a returns label the very next morning (I’d emailed in the evening) and within days I’d received a PayPal refund. Sometimes it’s the way a company handles a complaint that can mean all the difference. 3 stars for the product but 5 stars for customer service.

wheres my pension at?? I would like to know the whereabouts of my pension... never mind found it in the "vote labour" section of my vote ballot

I bought a Tower pan set and was pleased with both the quality of the product and speed of delivery. Simple, no fuss. Arrived when expected and will shop again.
